Had a good time while going through. Was many flavors to try. Missed one of the better flavors ever The Cinnamon . But did like 2 of the new flavors. The Pumpkin Pie n Butter Pecan. The Shine Nog was an impulse purchase. Very good flavor with it also.

We come to Gatlinburg every year after Christmas and hit all the Moonshine and Whiskey places. I was impressed with the changes made here. I enjoyed several of the newer varieties and will be buying a few. But your experience will depend on your Moonshine tasting experience. Some are better than others!

I've never been a fan of normal moonshine, but I wanted to try the flavors anyways. My previous experience is tiny distilleries in upstate NY, they were nothing to write home about. I must say, Ole Smoky is doing an excellent job making it into a social drink! The tastings are worth it if you are unsure what flavors you like or want. The free cooler is pretty decent for being free with the purchase of 5 bottles, wish it was a little more rugged though.

If you are a whiskey fan you DEFINITELY have to try out the caramel whiskey, it is very smooth, especially for the price!

Had a blast tasting their moonshine! $5 and then get a coupon to use to buy moonshine (trust me you'll want to!!) Can combine the coupons so we bought the butter pecan for $10 off. Red, the bartender, was absolutely hilarious and made the tasting so much fun. Thanks for an awesome experience!

Yes!!! Everyone needs to go here and do a tasting! For $5 you get to taste like 13 mini shots, and they are about 1/2 the size of a shot. I'm not much of a drinker but these were good. I was feeling pretty good afterwards. The employees are awesome and funny! It is an awesome experience!

This place was pretty awesome. A great bluegrass band was playing with plenty of rocking chairs by the fountain to sit and listen. Then there's multiple bars in side for you two try different flavors of moonshine. You pay $5 and they give you 12 shots of different flavors so you can decide which one you like the best before you buy. If you like the flavor and you want to buy it you can buy it by the jar. Or buy case of four jars. The music was great the bartenders are very entertaining. Just a great Mountain feel. Loved it

Awesome experience!! Manny did our tasting and he was so funny. We had a great time and enjoyed some spectacular moonshine. We ended up buying three jars and getting a free cooler! They had live music outside the store which added to the atmosphere. Huge selection and super friendly staff. The butterscotch is so yummy!

Cannot say enough about our experience here. We did a tasting and we're very impressed with all the flavors. Our bartender was super knowledgeable and even shared recipes for each flavor. Wish I could remember her name, but she did have awesome blue hair! Out of all the tastings we did, this was our favorite. (We did tastings over several days 🤣)

The tasting was a fun experience. Beware of the blue flame! You receive a coupon for $5 off any purchase and you can actually combine two to get $10 off. Even better? We were also able to use a Veterans discount in addition to that! It was a little rainy during our visit but still nice to see the band and rocking chairs outside.

Coolest place ever. My husband and had had the best host to walk us through the tasting. You pay 5.00 person and when you pay you get a 5.00 off coupon for ANYTHING in the store. They have so many different flavors of shine. There is something for even a light drinker. We used our coupons for the spicy corn salsa. OMG great stuff. They have candles, tee shirts, jams, salsas, stickers, well just about everything moon shine.

You pay $5 per person, to sample the moonshine, however you get a $5 coupon back that you can use to purchase moonshine or apparel. You can use up to two coupons. You get the best deal when you purchase 3 or more bottles. They will include free gifts as well. If you go, go see RICK. He's great!! He will take you to the edge and you'll draw your own conclusions if you never have been you MUST GO!

My husband and I had a fun time stopping in here while out walking the Parkway one night. It was incredibly hot (way moreso than outside), but we decided to stick it out and were glad we did. We did the full moonshine sampler for only $5/person, and then they gave us each a $5 coupon to use, too. Our bartender Abby was hilarious, cracking jokes the whole time she was serving us and several others. She also knew a lot about all the jars and products. You could tell she was worn by the end of the day, but she still made it a great experience. We even got a little buzz from the samples and took home a jar of peaches for later.

$5 per person to taste, but you get $5 off on a purchase after. Would have liked to try the Harley Davidson Shine, but it wasn't offered. (At $35 a qt I can see why.) The gal who served us was hilarious and witty. Will definitely be back.

We did the moonshine tasting, and the bartender, Benjamin, was highly entertaining! I've never drank so much moonshine in my life, and it was just a tasting. We got to try every single flavor that they made, and it was awesome!! We paid $5 for the tasting per adult, but they gave us coupons for $5 off a purchase over $5 for each tasting we purchased. We ended up buying 2 bottles of moonshine. It was a really great experience. I highly recommend it!

Pay $5 to sample about 13 different types of shine then they give u $5 gift coupon so if u buy something u can use it. There's another ole smokey moonshine shop down the street also that has different flavors. This one had more of the fruity stuff. The other one had more of the standard whiskey and blends. more traditional stuff. Well worth stopping in even if you don't drink it is neat to see how they make it.
