  Had the western. It was delicious. A little bit of a line on a Sunday morning, but moved quickly. Efficient staff. Bagels the way they should always be made!

  1. No parking what so ever . 2. Very rude when I asked if there was anyway we could work the situation out as far as getting my food . was my first attempt going but won't even bother now

  So nice! Since it was my first time going, they were able to help me get something that i ended up really liking! It's kind of like a bagel version of Subway in that you really do build your own bagel! The place was really clean and not too busy

  It's a nice coffee, bagel place. The coffee is decent and so is the price. Had no issue with the customer service. They were actually pretty friendly.

  Bagels and coffee are pretty good but overwhelmed staff could use better management to help improve a really slow preparation process. If you can wait, you will enjoy your bagel but do not be in a hurry at this place.

  Excellent bagels. Fresh and tasty. Food prepared with care. Staff is efficient and friendly. Coffee is very good. Array of flavored cream cheese to suit your taste. The only thing I find fault with is the decor. It is in need of a freshen up makeover. The booths have been falling apart for two years and there are actually open holes in the wall. This does not reflect on the quality of the food or service but somebody please notice because the back of a booth should not fall on you when you are sitting in it. Wish there was more than 1 in Illinois.

  I really love bagels, and in this place are delicious!!! The bad thing: the customer service is horrible! The girl who attended me was moody and even rude. It's a shame, I really love this place
