I have sent out delivery for this restaurant several times and now finally got a chance to dine here and all can say is wonderful. Great staff amazing food. Great atmosphere. Gives you a great European dining feel. The bathroom are two unisex so there can sometimes be a wait to use one. I most definitely will be dining here again!

Very interesting menu. High quality food. Great staff. Usually busy; cosy, noisy.

Went here real late literally for just a bite. Had a hot chocolate and big chocolate chip cookie. The man with the foreign accent behind the counter was really nice and my buddies and I talked to him about the beautiful ring on his finger. The place had a very cozy aesthetic and I have decided to go there first thing next time I visit DC, but in the daytime. I don't know what the name of the place translates to, but if you're having any pains in your life, come down over here! Excellent hot chocolate will fix you right up!

We were staying at Embassy Row Hotel around the corner & ate breakfast here all 3 days. Great coffee, tea & other drink options. Wonderful pastries. Good variety of healthy (& not so healthy) breakfast options, all delicious. Servers are top notch. Best breakfast in the area!

Great place and good food too. The people that served us were amazing! Went for breakfast one day and couldn't resist going again! 😁 they have a good variety of food and beverages. It feels a bit cramped in there but totally worth it! They have a selection for the kiddos also and a lot of moms with babies go here which means it's family friendly.

We went here for breakfast a couple of times during a visit to Washington D.C. It was just a short walk from out hotel in the Dupont Circle area. A pot of coffee and a basket of assorted bread slices with butter and jams was a good way to start a day of site-seeing. Friendly service.

A very good place for breakfast and brunch. The Dupont circle one has a nice outdoor seating area that makes it a perfect choice in sunny days. Their bread basket and all the pastries are especially good. I recently tried the avocado toast and that was also very tasty, although I'd probably go for the salmon variation if I were to have it again.

Great location with lots of light and space. Super-friendly and helpful staff at all times of day, and the food is lovely--fresh, healthy and delicious. Kitchen is extremely accommodating and the gluten-free bread is awesome. Great coffee.

Very pleasant server - unlike behind-the-counter folks who had a hard time cracking a smile. Quality pastries and decor. A clean, well lit place.

Good views of P and the circle itself. Indoor & outdoor seating.

Visit out of town and stay in the hotel close by. I am a low-carb eater and this place is perfect for me (although I had to avoid their yummy organic bread 😂). They serve organic food here so you won't go wrong with their dishes. I ordered avocado and tomato omelette with grilled chicken add-on. Enjoyed every bite of it and it for sure filled me up and I think it will provide me the right amount of energy for my all day walking museum visits in about 30 minutes! I think I'm gonna come back here to grab dinner later and my breakfast tomorrow before heading to the airport. ☀️☀️

Great restaurant. Quick and helpful service.
The food is fresh and reasonably priced.
Very comfortably situated on Dupont circle and lovely design.
The only con that I encountered was the bread. It wasn't fresh, seems like it was a few days old.
It's funny considering the restaurant's name.

The food is generally quite good. Some plating is just plain weird (serving a waffle on a flat slate where syrup/sauce easily finds it way onto the table?), but for the most part that's fine as well. Service is ok. Smiles are difficult it would seem.

However, if the owner ever reads this. I come from Canada (Quebec more precisely) and i do speak fluent French. "Bienvenue" is spelled with an "e" at the end! Please check your chalk board (on the kitchen door). It seriously is a huge pet peeve when so-called French cuisine restaurants don't write proper French.

Organic food that is delicious. The service is quite nice. Their gluten free bread is fantastic and one of the staples of our diet at home.

I didn't have very good service when I went, and it was crowded. I asked for warm pie and received it cold on bottom and hot on top. still tasty though.

    Delicious food, excellent coffee.
Noticed some reviews with negative comments about service, but the woman who waited on me was gracious, attentive, and friendly. A wonderful start to the day.

This is the best breakfast I've had in 10 years. I had chicken avocado and tomato omelette. I have a sweet tooth and the jellies were superb. The coffee I can't say enough about. This should be a destination stop if you come to Washington. I flew in from California the land of Organics but this was very very good. I like the coffee Bowl sort of a Japanese French mix. The service was great. friendly .
    I loved it all.
