  I had services through Brozwood about a year an a half ago. When I moved into my house, the movers ripped the pipe that routes water to the AC and it burned out the circuit board. I called Brozwood and was serviced right away, I remember being pretty happy with the speed and responsiveness of the guy. (I can't remember his name).
  
  Fast forward to today, my mom was having some furnace issues and I had her call. They again came out, same day and resolved all the issues. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

  I highly recommend Brozwood. They are extremely reliable, friendly and fair on pricing. I have purchased several furnaces and had them service many properties and they have always done a great job. Colton is great to work with. It is very easy to give this company a 5 star review.

  I have used Brozwood in the past for my Furnance repair/tune up. It was excellent service. Spent time at my house, cleaned my Furnance from
  Dust, and I never had problems for years after. I recently called them to do a ‘tune up clean up’. The technician didn’t wear a mask, he didn’t clean anything, just moved some dust, and left within 20 mins. Within two weeks the Furnance went out. I had to call my home warranty company to come out and they mentioned it wasn’t cleaned properly. I contacted Brozwood and they didn’t even give me my money back nor acknowledge that their technician actually hadn’t performed the correct duties of cleaning my furnace except blaming it saying “your Furnance had dog hair “. I would NOT use this company.

  Finding a company that you can trust the quality of their work, as well as trusting the team to be in your home, can be quite a difficult task. Brozwood doesn't oversell their skills and they don't push extra purchases to up their sales total. In the past year I've called Brozwood for a number or projects, everything from a new AC install to creating a custom venting solution for my pottery kiln. I've been impressed with each of the staff members that I've dealt with. Shantell is easy to connect with whenever I have a project pop up. She is a clear communicator, keeps the team's schedules organized, and sends invoices in a timely manner. I appreciate how clear the communication is from Josh about what to expect and the timeline for getting projects completed. No matter which of the team does the hands-on work, the work quality has been top notch. I trust them to get the job done and to do a good job. I highly recommend them.

  Brozwood Mechanical installed central air in my home in Salt Lake City. I am completely satisfied with the job they completed. They were professional, quick, and great to work with. I would highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs.
