I have had these guys replace carpet in multiple investment properties as well as all the carpet in my own home. I can not say enough positive things here. Pricing is excellent, quality is excellent, customer service is excellent!
They did not scratch up my walls or leave a mess.
They have options in all price ranges. They truly care about their customers. I have referred several friends and family there as well and each has had the same wonderful experience. I will never go anywhere else for flooring.

I installed everything on flat surface areas, but I was nervous about doing the stairs. We had all the product for that area though, so I called Americarpets to see if someone could do that are. It didn't turn out the best. After being able to walk on the stair flooring and inspect it better, there were obvious issues. One of the bull nose steps was already coming up and separating from the tread.
This isn't a reflection of Americarpets or Half Price Flooring. They found a remedy to the issues stemming from the poor installation. They offered to send a new installer to our home as soon as possible. Aaron, the initial installer, asked for a second chance and to make it right. He came back, performed the work, and now the stairs look amazing. I'm still very satisfied with these guys! I'm excited for the new building and future forthem.

I wanna come here to say that this company service is outstanding. They came to my house for a bid on flooring, I needed done quickly and the next week they were here. The guys that came were very professional and super friendly! As I'm sitting on my computer today I have my headphones on and see a car I thought it was from Amazon package. I went to check for it after and I come to this beautiful basket at my door!! Thank you so very much for your service and for this gift. You definitely have my business for the many rooms to come haha I appreciate this company and definitely recommend! Plus I'm obsessed with my flooring. Also the girl that manages the payments and everything was super fast and sweet. So easy to deal with them and get a bid and all. 100% recommend, you'll not be disappointed.

Working with AmeriCarpets was a delight. From the salesman to the installers, it was a seemless, hassle free process. They all stayed in contact via text and even when we had to reschedule install (our fault) they were accommodating and understanding. Thank you,
  CKP
