I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of appliances and furniture they had!! My washer went out and they were quick to get a repairman to my home to look at it. After we discovered my washer wasn’t worth fixing I went to Heber Appliance to pick out a new one. They deducted the cost of my service call off my new set. I am competitive shopper, so I was surprised after all my shopping around that they were the best priced and they are local!! They delivered my new washer and dryer and set it up. We are so lucky to have this store in Heber. I will definitely be back!!

We have always been treated fairly and professionally. We had a nearly new GE washer that turned out to be a true lemon and un-fixable. Heber Appliance really went above and beyond to get us into a different brand washer with a minimum of cost. They really helped in a way that GE would not do.

If I could rate them a ZERO I would. Specifically hired a professional installer to put in $25,000 of Thermadore appliances. What we found after they left was atrocious, warming oven fell out because they didn't screw into cabinet, microwave was in crooked and screwed in half way because the couldn't figure out how to work around plug, wall oven was loose and had not even been attached to cabinets, only used one bracket to attach refrigerator left the other two brackets behind, actually used a chisel to make a hole for wires thru cabinet A CHISEL not a drill and then just left it, and to finish it off the actually punched a hole thru inside cabinet while installing another appliance oh yea they also cut the thru insulation on wires on oven ( while they were chiseling, and pushed them down so we couldn't see, obviously oven could have created a short and start fire not to mention it wouldn't work. Called for them to come back and was told they could come back in 4 or 5 days to see what they could do. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE TO DO ANYTHING IN YOUR HOUSE. Waiting for call back from owner we'll see how that goes

Same experience as everyone else with a washer repair - VERY BAD

The sale probable are of course, but the after service motives are NOT customer focused at all.

A very young repair person arrived and immediate stated that he could only run the washer empty, thus he could not assess the real issue of a grinding noise throughout a loaded cycle.

He proclaimed after several calls to others that a) it was the motor, b ) it was functioning c) it could be run for some time without issue, not even considering risk or loud noise issue. Without EVER looking at the reported issue!

Maybe the repair person was right in his assessment, but the customer approach was not at all, thus no confidence and no repair. Buy a new machine was the outcome!

My father worked as a repair man and then a service center manager and when I was younger I worked as a junior repair person on white goods, and our customers would NEVER have been allowed us get away with this.

I support local business but not when it is just plain bad.

Great experience in and done in 20 minutes. I phoned ahead to ask if they would call me at the front door so I could put my dogs up before they came in, of course it had to be raining but they waited all the same. Thanks guy!!!
