Busy place but well worth the 10 minute wait. I see a lot of customers ordered the chicken pot pie whick looked really good.I ordered the Old Fashion Brooklyn Burger and it was the best burger I ever tasted. My wife ordered the chicken noodle soup which was delicious.

Huge hot dogs, very tasty too. Staff were friendly and service was efficient. I only wish I had room for a dessert.

Love the fries here! The spaghetti rocks, too. But, please ask for your burger to be well done if you prefer it that way. Even though the menu states it's cooked well done, mine wasn't. Another was cooked for me to take outwhich I didn't bother eating, so what a waste.

Expensive and the food is just "okay", but the decor is incredibly well done. It truly places you in a fifties style diner with bustling waiters racing around this overcrowded spot. Each booth is lined with small plaques of famous patrons and it's fun seeing who sat where you are and trying to remember who's who. I head in once every six months or so for a diner breakfast (blueberry pancakes!) or pie, and brush up on my knowledge of old celebrities.

Food was delicious but cold. We had classic Brooklyn burger and chicken fajitas absolutely delicious which is why it can be forgiven for not being served up as hot as it should. Great location for theatres.

Great meatball spaghetti. Great service. I like this place. Been here many times in the last 22 years that it exists and always good to return

Great place! Very original decoration. Great food and great attention. It's a place to go in the city. And very close to Central Park. You can see little metal sheets with the names of famous Broadway people all around the seats.

Any time I'm in town this is one of my just stop and eat places. My faves are the chicken noodle soup "The will set it off!" My husband loves the pot pies and my brother is a huge fan of the lobster roll. The staff is always on their A game and the remember and know you by name. If u are looking for a hearty meal in Manhattan this is your spot.

I love this place, always try and stop by when I am in NYC. Great atmosphere, really friendly service and polenta to die for. Scrambled eggs are always well-cooked and the fresh orange juice is super tasty. Portions are BIG so pace yourself!

The food is great. Very flavorful. The waiter helped me make a decision on what to order when I was indecisive. They didn't bother us with a million questions. Nice atmosphere.

Fun spot for a big breakfast or dessert near our hotel. Just around the corner from Park & Wellington Hotels and a couple blocks from Central Park. Sat at the bar, which I recommend.the staff are engaging, friendly and service was quick. Got the huge chocolate chip cookie this time but next time..I'll get the cake! Check it out.

I probably should have done my research before going here. We were just hungry and my phone was dead. This place looks cool from the outside, so we gave it a chance. The food was really good, but in my opinion it didn't justify the prices. The best part was that there was an outlet at our table and I was able to charge my phone.

The ambiance is cool diner setting, small and busy. The meals were humongous and delicious. Great service, coffee was never empty! A must visit for the setting, service and food. Butpricey.
