  Great service!! With one email to the Brooklyn Bar Association lawyer referral service I was connected to a good lawyer who initially took 2 hours out to hear my story. From there he worked in earnest find a co-counsel to help in the fight. We had to replace an existing attorney so there were inherent and unexpected challenges before we signed an agreement. At the end of the day I was able to retain a very skilled and diligent team of two to represent me and my LLC in what will prove to be an intense arbitration.

  The Brooklyn Bar Association referral service provides a very important service to the community. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff can assist you in finding lawyers qualified in most areas of law. I would highly recommend this service as an alternative to the unregulated for-profit services out there.

  I was able to reach my lawyer through a referral from the Brooklyn Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service.
  
  Although my case did not warrant hiring a lawyer, he took the time to explain how to achieve results on my own. I was able to ask follow-up questions, leading to a better understanding of my previous research. Although I am hoping not to have to hire a lawyer any time soonhe would be my first call.

  After months of trying unsuccessfully to find the right process to solve my problem, speaking with many people each of whom had a different opinion on the solution, the Lawyer Referral Service attorney helped me cut right to the essence of the issue and proposed a simple and free way to resolve it. It worked beautifully and my home is once again a peaceful place to live. I am filled with gratitude and humility for receiving this gift and I thank him from the bottom of my heart.
