nice, competent electricians. had inspection and FPL show up on time. cleaned up before leaving. fair price

The people that answer the phone are awesome, the master electrician seemed great but when I needed an analysis of an electrical issue and the electrician that came to check my house came… he charged me over $300 to ask me a question (how old is your house? There should be another outlet in here…) My husband moved some boxes and found the hidden outlet, reset the GFI himself and he wanted the full price of close to $500. They brought the price down but it was in no way $300 worth of service. The serviceman tried to make my husband feel better by explaining the other different ways he wasn’t scamming us, however that only raised more red flags. Be careful and make sure you can pay high prices for 5 min of time. We personally won’t use them again which does make me sad because the family seems nice but at the end of the day we feel completely taken advantage of…

They handle my electric panel chance on super rush time table. All work get done right and in time. And communication over phone was super friendly. I strongly recommended them on your electric work. I was super happy customer after other electric company take week before they find can't get job done.

I had called multiple Electrical Companies to look at the job I needed done.
One never showed up after they scheduled and confirmed the job, another was going to give me an estimate but I never heard back from them either, 3 more didn’t even answer their phones or called back regarding my messages.
Finally, I contacted Gator and they arrived as promised , “Victor” explained everything , “before and after the job” and got the job done!
Thank you for your good , old fashioned, “customer service and professionalism”.

I was having problems getting someone out to remove & replace a chandelier when I was referred to Gator. From the very beginning of scheduling with Denise all the way through to completion of the job, I was treated with respect and professionalism. By the way the installation was perfect.
