  My firm, FSBO System, LLC, provides professional help to DIY home sellers. The process works better than using an agent and results in savings of about 5% of the normal 6% Realtor commission. We retained several large national law firms to patent our process, without success. However, Robert Kain, of the Concept Law Group, obtained two patents for us, the first ever for a home-selling process. I believe he succeeded where the others failed because he took the time to fully understand the unique features and elements of our process. Since then, his partner Darren Speilman, and their staff have maintained our trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property. I highly recommend them.

  This Law Firm is the most responsive and professional group we have dealt with. They have helped us get a FL service mark and a Federal Trademark for one of our brands and corrected a trademark issue with another one. They were also able to recover a domain that was pirated from us in a foreign country and handled a few other matters that required deep expertise in IP law. Don't look any further because their prices are also very reasonable.
