  This my second time here within 6 years. It was Clinton ford but now it’s Rock Hill Ford. Came in with some terrible Car issues and they made a way to help me and it was a good decision. Looking for a car is very difficult and it can be stressful but thanks to Jennifer R. She help me from the beginning to the end, she even took the time to care personally about my decision and my personal life. She was very understanding, we laughed, we cried and by the end of the sale i was very satisfied. We need more people like Jennifer R. She was very kind, joyfully, great customer service understanding and loving 🥰

  I was not excited to buy a car and I did not like dealing with salesmen. Michael (Micheal?) met me on a rainy Wednesday morning and made the experience FANTASTIC! I really felt like he was keeping my best interest in mind. He made it a fun time and I am extremely grateful with all that he helped me with. Not only a spectacular employee but just an all around great person that I had the pleasure of meeting. If you're reading this man, best of luck to you and thank you again for everything!

  Drove well over two hours to purchase my son a truck, my husband had been talking to someone over the phone and agreed on an “out the door” price before we drove down. Once we got there they had the truck pulled up to the front door, was polishing the wheels when we arrived and were very friendly! Once we went in to start the process of purchasing the truck the salesman came in with a sheet with some figures on it (not the same “out the door” price the lady had quoted us). Long story short …… they honored the price that we were quoted and we drove home with the perfect truck!!!! The manager was SUPER nice and easy to deal with!!! Would definitely recommend and will do business with again! Thanks for a great experience for our son (first time buyer)!!!

  Jim Irwin my salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. Very genuine and passionate about his work. More than willing to help me find the best vehicle, specifically tailored to my needs and helped me explore various options for financing.
  He was there for me every step of the way! I couldn’t be more happy with the service provided and his salesman’s knowledge of the cars themselves. I came with my trade in and left with a new 2022 F150 that I could not be more happy with. Jim was absolutely wonderful and I could not be happier. My truck has been a perfect fit for everything that I wanted and hoped for and I recommend anyone to Rock hill ford, truly Great experience and very knowledgeable professional staff….if you are a veteran like me or just looking to trade in or buy your next vehicle I highly recommend rock Hill Ford you will not be disappointed I guarantee it and not to mention their great pricing in comparison to other Ford dealers. If I could I would have left a 10 star review. Thank you Jim and thank you to rock Hill Ford Staff.

  We just bought a certified ford expedition 2018 and I would like to thank Jim for doing a wonderful job! We are very satisfied of how he handled all our concerns. He did his job profesionally and I would like to give him a 5/5 rating based on our experience. Rated 4.5/5 due to some services issues but I can say they are doing their best to get everything fixed.
