The company who built our house used them. We closed on the house June 2011. We were told that we would need to select our refrigerator from them. Upon entering we were looked at and quickly dismissed. After looking at their subpar selection we promptly insisted that our fridge come from sears. On inspection of the house before handover we noted several defect with the cabinets in all the rooms. A technician came to take a look and said they they would order the parts and enter a claim but it would take a few weeks for the parts and longer for a tech to make it back out. After a month of. I contact we called and we're told. O one would be coming out because they were in litigation with the manufacturer but they would contact us as soon as there was a settlement. I confirmed that they had our names and numbers on file. I continues to call every few months being told the same thing. Fastforward to 2015I was told they were still in litigation but they would contact me soon. 2016, I was told that litigation had ended a while ago and letters were sent to those with faulty cabinets. After insisting that I never received a letter I was transferred to the owner. He told me that letters were sent to information on file and that we should have called before not now just because we were selling our house. I told him that we're calling because the cabinet doors are warping, the drawers don't close flat to the cabinet front and the finish is flaking of everywhere and that it's out of concern for my infant childt hat I'm calling, not a sale. He told me he would get in contact with me soon. It's June 2017 I haven't heard a peep.

Worst customer service around. I spoke to Megan to find out about getting touch up paint for cabinets, she was very sweet and told me their service guy was gonna be in the area and would drop it off to me but never showed up. Called Megan many times and left messages also emailed her and never responded back in a 3-4 week period. I've spoke to the front desk and told her what was going on & she went to service to find out and said they do have my color cabinets in stock and will have them call me and I don't hear from them in a day or 2 to call back. Never heard from them. I called the front desk again & she spoke to service and again they said their service guy will be in the area on Thursday & Will leave the touch up kit at your front door. That service guy again never showed up Thursday or Friday. So now I have to call back on Monday. This is getting to be ridiculous, if you don't want to give me touch up kit just say so. Beware of customer service.

We recently used Brock Cabinets to do a kitchen and bathroom renovation for our home and we are very please with not only the product and end result but also with the assistance and customer service we received from our sales representative Jason Eaddy and all of the staff at Brock Cabinets. Jason was very helpful and informative in guiding us with the choices that were available to us. He is very knowledgeable on cabinetry and was patient with us as we worked on making the final decisions of what we wanted. The office staff were exceptionally nice to our family but especially our two small children who went with us to the showroom each time. During one visit the service coordinator Megan Joyce was kind enough to offer our children snacks while we walked around the showroom to make our final selections for the renovation. Jason Eaddy personally came to our home on the day of installation to oversee the whole process. He definitely went above and beyond his professional responsibility in helping us through the process of the renovation. We highly recommend Brock Cabinets to anyone regardless of budget. We LOVE our new kitchen and bathrooms! Thank you Brock Cabinets!

Brock Cabinets got it going on!! An excellence team of customer service and sales persons worked with me on the measuring and designing cabinets to increase the storage space in my kitchen. The installers were magnificent, far above the best I have worked with before. One of the installer was true old school. They did not just install, they tailored to the exact detail. The cabinets match with the original as if part of the builder’s floor plan. Best part, within my timeline. You just can’t get this kind of service anywhere. Keep up the good work Brock. I will be calling you later for more home improvement projects.
