If less than 1 star was possible, that’s what they would get.

I cannot even recall how many years ago they serviced my air conditioner, but literally every 2 to 3 months they will call you at all hours of the day from 8am to 8pm in an attempt to “schedule a repair” that they say you need or will claim that the repairman that came out said “you needed a tune up”, when nothing of the sort was even remotely discussed.

Unless you want to be incessantly berated by spam phone calls, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Our heat went out right before Thanksgiving. Chris Kramer of Broad Ripple Heathing and air conditioning came out the same night we called. He quickly fixed the issue. I appreciated that he took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all of my questions. The service was great.

I just had a furnace and air conditioner replaced by the Broad Ripple and it was a great call. They are super efficient and easy to talk to. Props to Stephen Todd for setting this up and getting me excited about my century-old house. The guys were in and out and my dog liked them:) I am more than pleased.

Ira (tech #111) came today to do routine maintenance on our upstairs and downstairs units. We wanted to make special recognition of his overall professionalism. He was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and diligent in doing this routine service that could have easily been a "one and done". He found a worn contact which needed to be replaced in one of the units which likely prevented a future problem. He also made appropriate recommendations for other services to keep our units effective and our home safe. Very pleased with his efforts.

The service we received with our Duct Cleaning was top notch. David F. and Luke C. were super speedy while also giving me a really thorough explanation of the services and answering any questions I had. They also went above and beyond to explain some other things they noticed about our system that we should consider down the road. A+ - will definitely use them again.

I had two plumbing issues--kitchen faucet and upstairs shower head that had substantially reduced water flow. Another plumbing service had diagnosed that I need to have the lines blown out. Joe from Broad Ripple Service Experts showed up and fixed the kitchen faucet issue within 5 minutes. He cleared the clog with a toothpick. Onto the upstairs shower head, he assessed it equally quickly. I purchased a shower head to my liking and he installed it the next Monday. Joe is a pro and I appreciated that he assessed the problem incrementally rather than suggesting the nuclear option that the first plumbing service had. Thanks for the good service Joe!

10/18/2016 **NEW** today David F did my duct and Dryer vent cleaning -- I always heard he is the best and WOW he did a great job, on time, took the amount of time that was stated. THere is definitely better airflow now. Thanks to David and Broad Ripple for your expertise.
7/7/17 NEW*** Eric came promptly, after hours on a Friday and quickly diagnosed our AC problem, explained it thoroughly, and got us up and running again. Thanks so much Eric and Broad Ripple for saving the day AGAIN. We got a discount since we are on the preferred service plan -- well worth it!!

Two years ago we had Broad Ripple Service Experts install a new heating and cooling system in our home. The price was competitive and the employees friendly. Unfortunately, they can not get the air conditioning system to operate satisfactory. Each time I complain they make adjustments that make no change in the situation and then tell me that is just the way the new systems perform and I shouldn't expect it to operate any better. The system they installed can not lower the humidity in my home below 50% even when the humidity outdoors is 40%. The older system I replace was able to keep the home comfortable, but the new, more efficient system can't. And based on our energy bills it isn't even more efficient. I would highly recommend that anyone considering Broad Ripple Service Experts to go elsewhere.

Had another company come out yesterday and tell us we needed a full A/C replacement. I called Broadripple Heating and Air and Dave Mitchell diagnosed the capacitor. Simple fix for me and saved us a fortune. :)

I was able to easily schedule a convenient, evening appointment online, and the company was very responsive, communicated well ahead of time, and arrived same-day, within hours of my request. The service technician, Chris Kraemer, did a fantastic job! He went well above and beyond!! He spent additional time explaining things, answering all of our questions, physically showing us the specific details on our furnace unit/thermostat, and helping to find the right solution to our repair needs that was most cost-effective and efficient for our individual needs, budget, and preferences. Additionally, he was extremely knowledgeable, polite, well-spoken, patient, and clean, and respectful. Total cost for this service call was extremely reasonable. I cannot express how appreciative and grateful we are for Chris' service in our home, and we absolutely plan to use Broad Ripple Heating for any future service and maintenance needs.

David and Luke came out last week for a duct cleaning on our house. They were very professional and a pleasure to have around the house for the morning. They were very helpful answering questions I had about heating/air that weren't related to our ducts. They explained to me what they were going to be doing and showed me everything removed from the ducts. It was crazy to see the before and after of our return vent! Just knowing all of that dust and hair is gone makes me breath better already. They even fixed an exhaust on my water heater as a favor. We are VERY happy with this company and these two guys. THANKS for such great service! This was our first experience with them and it won't be our last!
