We had a wonderful experience at this steakhouse. April was very attentive to our questions. The drinks and food were fantastic. We left very satisfied.

This is one of the best restaurants in Tucson. Steaks are amazing. But the quality goes way beyond steak. It's has a well-rounded menu. It's pricey, but great for special occasions.

My husband and I always come here for our special occasions and everyone is always so wonderful to us. We went there for our anniversary last night and everyone that passed our table wished us a happy anniversary. They also took a photo of us, put it in a small card/frame and all the employees working signed it. The food is always out of this world and everyone is so friendly. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Food was excellent. They serve the best brussel sprouts that I have had in a restaurant. The atmosphere is great. Only complaint was that my drink was empty for a short period before I was asked if I wanted another.

In town and decided to live it up. Place that serves up a $69.00 steak has got to be awesome. Nope. Service was terrible, drinks sat empty, and most of all, half my dinner arrived cold. Especially irritating as I specifically spoke to the server about how important it was for me to have certain items HOT, not barely warm.
So I had the pleasure of eating half my dinner all by itself and then the other half all by itself.
They obviously don't think anything is wrong with treating their patrons that way because the manager we spoke to concerning this could not have cared less.
So just remember, if after reading this, you decide to dine there, you're giving them permission to do the same damn thing to you.response / report this review -

Not as expected. Service not great. Wine glasses dirty and we received attitude when we mentioned it to our waitress. She brought back "hot" glasses and still pourrd wine into them. ??. !! Service was very slow. Steaks were tough asked waitress if Manager was in, she said yes, manager didn't even bother to come to our table. Horrible experience!!

Very good tuna and decent steaks. This place is relatively casual or semi formal, but not very formal. They have good service but not excellent, as they do not always follow request, not just special request, but standard ones, like to have a steak medium rare of food. Despite this, Sullivan's is a good place to go for dinner in Tucson, overall. (And they have medium high prices, if you were wondering)
