Screw this fat crook. He tried to charge me $1000 to ALIGN my car and told me there was more wrong with it. I told him to go screw himself and took it elsewhere and they said there’s absolutely nothing wrong with my car and charged me $40 for an alignment. DO NOT GO TO THIS FAT CROOK!! HE HAS PEOPLE SUBMITTING REVIEWS ON HERE FOR HIM. HE IS A CROOK AND OVERPRICES EVERYTHING. AGAIN, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. EVER. I AM SPEAKING FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.

Very thorough! I was driving this weekend during a rainstorm, the next morning my engine light came on. I was baffled by the code my scanner gave me. There was just too many possibilities of things that could have been wrong, so I went to Briganti's , They got to the bottom of my problem and fixed it correctly, I highly recommend Briganti's Automotive to everyone. I finally found a good mechanic!!

BEWARE!!! Went there at 7:30am to get a quick oil change. They didn't start my oil change until 11am!!! The owner was slightly rude as well. Poor customer service.

Excellent shop, and experienced staff. Took time to actually look my car before s busy holiday weekend, gave me a fair estimate, and had it done the morning after. Definitly going to be back in the future. Hats off to Mel in particular for his frank and friendly business practices.

After calling around for smog prices I decided to go with Briganti, for the simple fact that he gave me the nicest customer service on the phone, answering simple questions. He didn't rush me off the phone like others did giving the quote quickly. Then, when I got there the service was even ten times better than my phone call! As my car got smogged we had a great little chat and the price was very reasonable, cheaper than most. Very very happy with my experience at Briganti and will definitely be back!!

I brought my 2002 Subaru in to get looked at. It ended up needing over $5,000 worth of work. Unfortunately it wasn't in the budget. Mel was extremely helpful, he brought us in, he told us exactly how it was, and what needed to be done. He gave us good advice, he was willing to work on the car if thats what we wanted, and was honest with what either decision might bring. He was not biased at all, his motives seemed to me that he was genuinely concerned about our best interest. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll confidently bring any work needed to Mel. Thanks again, Mel!
