My Ford Focus 2014 had been bothering for some time due to a slipping clutch, for which Ford had issued a recall. I kept procrastinating taking it in, as I work two jobs and it just wasn't on the top of my list of things to deal with. Finally I decided I had a moment to take care of the issue and made an online appointment. Edwin confirmed my appointment and was able to meet with me immediately upon my arrival. When I explained my car's situation and my busy schedule, Edwin was kind enough to offer me drop off and pick-up times that worked with my schedule, and my vehicle was taken care of quickly overnight! He even called me to let me know when it was done. I have very little expertise when it comes to cars, and I had not ever had to deal with going to a dealership by myself, so Edwin definitely made my first "car troubles" experience fast and easy! Thank you, Edwin!

Ford Store in MH is the place to go! My family and my friends bought their cars here. Always a pleasant experience. I got my new car yesterday thanks to Fernando! He was very patient and presented all the options I was interested in and we found exactly what I wanted.

The sales dept was awesome. Our salesperson was Kevin. We would highly recommend him. Would have given it five stars except for their service dept. they had our explorer for a week. When we went to pick it up , the rubber scuff marks around windows wasn’t taken care of, we were left with 1/16 of a tank of gas and somebody left chocolate peanut candy all over the floor board. This car is immaculate and to find it this way was very disappointing

I've had work done on my 07 Mustang GT at this dealership in the past and was satisfied with their work. However I received a recall notice for my car's airbags and have called here probably 8 times to set up an appointment to get the recall performed but I always get transferred to someone's voice mail who is supposedly in charge of recalls. They NEVER answer the phone and NEVER return a phone call.
I would think that getting an airbag fixed is pretty damn important. I won't be coming here anymore.response / report this review -

It is 100% worth it to drive down here for service from the south bay. Yes it is a dealership and not some magic happy place. What I found were competent people that were able to quickly diagnose my Ford Focus with the dreaded (but warranty covered) transmission and TCM issue. I dropped it over Saturday morning and they had removed and fixed the transmission by Sunday afternoon. That means they keep those parts in stock, which they should but what counts to me is that the they do. I purchased my car here and they are a classic dealership with lots of sales people running around. Totally normal and easy to deal with if you know what you want and if you want to try and save a couple hundred dollars you can play the manager game or just get a fair price and move on with your life. I also got a good restaurant recommendation so +10 for that margarita which helped make the trip even better. I will be driving down here when I need major service. Morgan Hill is full of my kind of hard working easy to talk to people. Not to mention a place where people that work there might actually be able to live, which makes people a lot happier.

My salesman Logan was awesome. He was knowledgeable and no pressure. The entire buying process from walking in to driving off in my new car was easy and no hassle. I'm truly impressed with this dealership. This is my fifth new Ford purchase(first here) and it was easily my best experience. I would definitely come back for a future purchase.

My salesperson Brandon and the Sales Manager Jose went above and beyond expectations! I got a fair price for my 'rare' trade-in and they helped me get the vehicle I wanted with payments I could afford. On top of all that I got to meet with the Product Specialist Will who answered all my questions in a 1:1 session FREE OF CHARGE. MH Ford Store is amazing!

I highly recommend this place!!! Ask for Fernando Castro as he is extremely patient, kind, and treats you with the up most respect. I've been to several dealerships such as the San Jose Ford and Davis Ford. I live in Sacramento and although it took a long time (it was us and not them) it was all worth it!

I just purchased a used car from the Ford Store and couldn't be happier with my experience! Great customer service from Kevyn on Jose's team. They have a great selection of used and new cars and were wonderful at helping me find just what I was looking for at a great price. Highly recommend checking The Ford Store Morgan Hill out if you are looking for used or new cars.

Went in to buy a new 2017 F-150 found one I like told them I'd be back. Came back to buy
The car and after telling them I'm paying cash they asked to fill out some information as collateral for the check. Did that and they promised they wouldn't run a credit check. Sales rep leaves for about 25 minutes with no response and we knew they ran a check he comes back and shows a price for the car that went from their no haggle price up $11000 so much for no haggle when you say the window sticker is the bottom line what you pay. We ask them what changed and said we'd leave they come back with a different price?? So much for no haggling place tries to scam and pull tricks by adding in fees like a $3000 accessory fee, when you ask about it they beat around the bush. Manager obviously thought that we wouldn't notice the price change of close to $11000. From lying to our faces about credit checks to scamming higher prices with BS "accessory" add on's. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
