Good store and well stocked. A little small and crowded at times, but it does the trick.

Updated to add that after living here a while I've noticed that the deli ALWAYS sucks. It can just ruin a trip If you go with kids, don't plan on going to the deli or it will run all of your patience. Makes no kind of sense.

I m leaving a one star review because of the deli. When you stand in line for the hot case for 10-15 minutes without anyone acknowledging that you exist, you have a problem. Sick of it!!!

I like this Publix because it's close to home. I like the Publix in Yulee, FL a lot more. There always seems to be employees stocking shelves and in the way every time I go to the Duval Station location. The cashier associates are nice folks, though. The deli sandwiches are tasty, but if you order online they might not be ready at the time you expect them to be.

The manager asked if he could help me and I told him I was looking for a Greek salad. They did not have any premade, so he made sure the deli made one for me. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Staff seems friendly enough. I called the deli at 7:45 PM (That's 2 HOURS and 15 MINUTES before closing). Asked about the Spicy Breaded Chicken wings and whether they normally have some already prepared at this time of night or whether I should order over the phone. Was told I should order (no problem), then told "hold on, let me go in the back and see if they are still cooking them". WHAT!!!??? You're open until 10PM. Do your F%^#ing employees just randomly decide when they don't feel like working any more? For the most part, the place is decent, but that response floored me. If I ran a company that was open until 10PM, and my employees just "decided" that they were done cooking at 8PM, I'd fire their a$$es.

I never write bad reviews, but I had to say something because I'm over it. Seems like every time I order something online for pick up my order gets delayed or given to someone else. It's so annoying to have to deal with this type of service every time I order something from this Publix. Tonight I ordered 2 subs one was a hot sub and the other was a cold sub. Time of pick up was supposed to be 6:15 PM I arrived at about 6:30 only to find the hot sub complete and the cold sub no where to be found. So.. then when someone in the Deli asked me if I needed help I let her know I was waiting for my other sub. She asked the person who was supposed to be working on it where my order was and the reply was I was waiting for more white bread because we ran out. I could have received a phone call asking if I would like a different type of bread instead of having to wait even longer. I understand that times can be delayed for online orders, but at least let the customer know there was a delay, and say we will make it as fast as possible. It's so frustrating! Makes me want to go elsewhere and shop. Customers service needs to be better.
