Nice little piece of history. Cool old bar. Several beers on tap as well as a Pirates Punch. Love the mosaic floors and the tin ceiling pannels. A couple of display cases with historical items and photos. The murals on the wall are cool. As an added bonus they were playing the Christmas Story on the television. We never made it into the second room to see what was there, but we would not hesitate to return again in the future. Two drinks came our to about $14. We did not think that was too bad for an old tourist town bar. If you get the chance, stop in and have a drink or two. Maybe you can find out if it is true that the brass foot rest at the bottom of bars was really put there to keep you feet out of bodily fluids. It is a rather disgusting story but it does seem plausible. Have a wonderful visit the next time you are here.

The oldest bar in Florida from back in the day when they still called them saloons. Great history. Beware though if you are not a smoker The smell can be a bit historic.

Worst place I’ve ever been. Worst bartenders. Every employee is entitled wishing they could only have locals in their bar. You will not make money. Thrown out by bouncers based on race, pending BBB resolvement not able to get in contact with any reputable members of management. Disgrace of a bar. Would love to talk to owners. Absolutely ridiculous.

Was waiting at the bar and another couple had been waiting there before me. Bartender comes to me to ask what I wanted. I told him the couple had been there first and to go ahead and wait on them. The bartender says, "Oh, I see. You get to negate who I serve." and got all pissy. Whaaaaat? I was trying to be polite.
