I purchased 3 cars from here. A rolls royce Wraith, porsche 911, and a brand new BMW i8. There is no customer appreciation or any of that sort. In fact when I have an issue there is no one who can even help me. The general manager Steve Grossman is always on vacation and never returns missed calls or voice messages. My bmw i8 has been the biggest problem as BMW does not have enough technicians who know how to work on that car! A nightmare on wheels if you can imagine buying the best model BMW has to offer and Ethel can never keep the car working properly. Not to mention service advisors will just have you’re car and not reach out to you for WEEKS to let you know n update as all parts come from Germany and take 30 days!

I started researching Mini Coopers approximately six weeks ago. After reading tons of Mini forums and getting to know the differences between the models, I decided I wanted a Mini Cooper S, 2-door, 6-speed/manual transmission. The kicker is that I was in the market for a pre-owned, Certified Mini as I did not wish to purchase a brand new one. So to have my mind set on such a specific vehicle, I knew I would be looking for weeks before I found the perfect one for me. And then I finally came across it, on the Braman Palm Beach website, in the preowned section (at this point, I had been scouring every site you can imagine, for 5 weeks). Because of Hurricane Irma, I was hoping it wasn't damaged at all. I reached out to Braman, through the website, on Tuesday night. First thing Wednesday morning, I got a telephone call and text message from Lee Grossman. He introduced himself, confirmed the Mini was still on site and let me know I could reach him any time with additional questions. We basically chatted for most of the day, via text (super convenient) and scheduled the test drive for 6pm (30 minutes AFTER Lee was scheduled to leave for the day, mind you). I fell in love with the car (and so did my husband who was very leery of its capabilities). We negotiated a price with Lee (and his Manager, Daniel) in a very pleasant, surprisingly fun-natured way. In less than two hours time, we went from the test drive to ownership with keys in hand. Our experience with Lee was second to none (it should be noted that we are car enthusiasts who currently own 10 other cars out right). To say I was supremely satisfied with Braman would be the understatement of the century. Everyone from Lee, to his Manager to the woman who handled financing (her name escapes me) were so incredibly kind and professional. The icing on the cake was a simple text from Lee on Thursday morning that said, "so how much did you love driving your Mini home last night?" This was such a sweet, simple and perfect way to wrap up our encounter. Both my husband and myself own our own businesses and folks like Lee are hard to come by. He is the kind of employee that the boss moves mountains to keep. Five well deserved and hard earned stars, across the board, Braman. Should I ever want to add another car to our lineup and the make/model is one that which is sold at Braman, I can guarantee that I will never consider ANY competitors. My business is yours to keep. Contacted Braman after searching over a year for Boxster with best value (miles, options, colors, price, condition). Brand Ambassador Brandon Barnes was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. Followed up with me on a consistent basis until car was in my garage over 2,000 miles away.

My wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with Oscar Gutierrez while searching for a new BMW. He was very personable, but at the same time very professional in showing us various vehicles. All of our questions were answered with the assurance that he owned the information. We made our decision knowing that we had been given the information necessary to make an informed purchase.
