Horrible! Never again! I think they "Bait & Switch"! Went in on a Wed bc they advertise 15% off. I knew I needed brakes & probably rotors too but my quote was OVER $600 WITH the discount! I was pretty much stuck bc my brakes were that bad but they don't offer any other payment options & all I had was a debit card. I could (& next time I will) have taken it to TiresPlus where I do have a credit card & could have paid less & gotten 6 months same as cash! Lesson learned!! Grrrr!!!!

Their base price of $139.00 goes up fast if you need anything other than the pads and shoes. And there is ALWAYS something more.

The Manager and the technician took the time to show me why my car was shaking and squeaking. I now have a lifetime warranty. Highly recommend these guys for your brake work.

I had a good experience. Came in a couple weeks ago to get my brakes changed. Had a caliper bolt come loose and fall off causing my brakes to grind hard. Gary and Mike took care of me and had me in real quick and took great care of my car. Truly happy with my experience here!

RIP OFF got my brakes done here, 6 months later i needed new rear brakes. Was told they were not covered. Not covered? The most important safety device in your car and they dont care how bad of a job they do. Another 6 months and the front brakes were metal on metal. They seriously could care less about your safety.

My husband took his car which is in my name there for squeaking breaks. They told him he didn't need new brakes but that the squeaking was coming from rust. He paid $120 for them to remove the rust. But guess what? The brakes are still squeaking.. I will calling the manager, the corporate office, and even the better business beau if we do not receive our money back.
