Took my car in for a no start. They replaced the battery and sent me on my way. A week later it wouldn't start. They did not fix the problem and wanted me to pay AGAIN to tow it in and have it serviced, on top of the service cost! Definately lost my business for life! I will tell everyone I know that Steve Jones screws people and when they do, they will not take credit for it and fix the problem!

I bought my suzukki suv from this place they have been the only one to service my suv it has a sunroof on it it started leaking water on passenger side flooding my floor pouring water out of my overhead lights down on my power window buttons taking it to their certified machanics making mega bucks four times my carpet is ruined they fixed my windshield nothing wrong with it finally tgey said it was my drainpipe for my sunroof came off they said it was fixed it on 09/01 rained so hard that i had 3 inches of water in my floorboard took it back down on 09/14 now they try to tell me that i put bathroom caulking down in my drainpipe i mean really i want to fllod my carpet and cause me to have electrical problems they need to get better machanics ti fix vehichles Never will i take my suv to them again poor service they dont deserve not 1 star Juanita Johnson

The people at Steve Jones are always friendly. The staff is professional and thorough. The other customers waiting always strike up a conversation. It's a pleasant place to take your vehicle for service and repair.

Drove over 100 miles to see a couple of Jeeps that was on their website, on a holiday. After test driving a couple, we then spent the afternoon buying a very nice Grand Cherokee Overland! Very nice accommodating, patient, grateful, unpushy staff. We had a pleasant experience purchasing our new Jeep!

We were overcharged for services compared to other tri-state Dodge dealerships. Their prices for cleaning appeared reasonable. However, I was informed that an interior wash only consists of wiping the dash along with vacuuming. The dash was wiped, but appeared to be with a dirty cloth and the driver door was still very dirty as if not touched. When I complained, the service guy ended up walking away stating he wasn't going to argue with me. This is the second bad experience my family has had with this dealership. Therefore, I wanted to share so others would not have to endure a bad experience.
