We went to look at a car advertised for a price, only to have the car price actually be basically double when we sat down. You see, the cars at this dealership are listed with "all discounts possible applied" which is not what an average customer is able to achieve Went and bought a Volkswagen the next day.

Skylar was very helpful and patient walking me through all the ins and outs of my new Kia Soul.
Brittany Woosley was a wonderful salesperson. She helped me understand all my options and had been working with me to resolve a number of issues.
Finally a big shout out to the finance department. Never did finance s car. Good experience all around for buying my first new car at 70 years old.response / report this review -

This location is definitely the best of all the Kia locations. The salesmen are all courteous, respectful and attentive. The dealership has an open layout so it is easily accessible for handicapped people. It is easy to locate from the Shelbyville road. They even have balloons for the kids as well as several snack options to keep kids occupied.

Best dealership in the greater Louisville area!! Rob Mac was my salesman and he was honest and open. He even gave both my mother and I the best recommendations of the lot! If your looking to lease or buy Rob Mac is your guy. He didn't try to pull one over on 2 women and we appreciate his honesty and patience especially when it came to choosing the color of our car ;--). Also, Will Montgomery was a great help! He synced my entire contact list in my new car. He was very helpful in explaining every single button in the car and breaking it down for my mother who isn't "tech savvy" as me. These gentlemen are the best around!

Great service, but their prices are a little too expensive! Professional service advisers and great mechanics. Fast courteous service. Great customer lounge with fantastic snacks and coffee, soft drinks.

The customer service personnel (Anna) was friendly and accommodating. The shuttle driver was friendly and provided excellent service as well. The maintenance work on my car was done expediently and efficiently. Excellent job all around!

Chip Montgomery and his staff were top notch, first rate professional. They destroy the stigma of pushy car salesmen. Truly a GEM of an experience. I particularly was impressed with Michael Coffman's delegation of work to the rest of the team to make my transaction and sale a breeze. WOW! I will definitely make KIA East my permanent GO TO place for my cars here on out.

Tremendous experience all the way around! The service department was great in their ability to schedule me in last minute and diagnose the problem with my vehicle (which had absolutely nothing to do with quality of the car other than apparently critters found the car's components be rather delicious). The waiting area is very comfortable and stocked with a variety of free refreshments. However, most importantly my service consultant, Anna, was very courteous and exceptionally considerate when breaking the bad news; even outlining several solutions for consideration.
Ultimately, I opted to purchase a new vehicle. Brittney was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. She was very patient letting me work through all my questions and not pressuring me to make the sale. She even spent a considerable amount of time reviewing all of the vehicle's features and getting them set up for me. I was given a fair deal for my trade-in and on the new vehicle's price; this permitted me to leave the dealership very satisfied. If I found myself in this situation at another dealership, based on my previous experiences with those dealers, I am confident that would not have walked away feeling even remotely positive about the outcome. So, I am extremely grateful that Kia East has an amazing staff that were able to work with me and resolve a situation that in all honesty, shouldn't have ended as well for me as it did.

I love my new car that I bought from Kia, however, some of the staff at the Kia Store need some new training on how to treat people. I'm not going to call out anyone in a review, but from the sales person all they way to the service department need to improve on their people skills. Also, I was promised oil change coupons and never received them. Was also told I would receive an evaluation on my experience with Kia and was told to give them all 10's. That's not going to happen.

KIA Store East has gotten better and better as I've gone to them. My most recent visit was really great. Not only did I get seen ahead of my appointment time when I arrived early, but it cost less than I expected. Also, since the waiting area was redone, it's wonderful -- wireless internet, snacks and drinks, and clean, comfortable seating. Great experience!

My whole experience was excellent. MY Salesman, Greg Kelley, was personable, easy to work with, truly showed genuine concern for my needs and wants, and did his very best to make this work for me. The Sales Manager (I really regret I do not remember his name) spent two hours on the phones with various banks securing the financing structure I needed.
