My salesman was Cory Morris. He was incredibly polite and receptive to what I was looking for. He moves fast but was understanding when I asked for more time to consider the deal. He got me what I think to be a good deal on a certified Camry. Would definitely recommend for people who are generally unfamiliar or new to dealerships.
As always, great service, and the best staff of anywhere I've ever been. Helpful staff and very nice accommodations while you wait. The shuttle driver was nice and fun to talk with as well. I love doing business there!!
Thanks to the folks at Oxmoor Toyota who got me smoothly through the purchase process, especially Dana for all your help in answering my questions via internet leading to my purchase decision, and Robbie in finalizing everything and giving a brief orientation to all the new technologies. It's always exciting buying a new vehicle - you guys kept the experience upbeat and light with no hassles. A very professional experience. Keep it up!
Their speed of service is really good. I was able to get my vehicle taken care of pretty quickly and easily. The customer service is less than impressive. So far the repairs seem to be working fine. They can be a bit pricey but that is what you get from a dealership.
Courteous, professional and knowledgeable team. Not pushy or rude. Ivan G. helped us find out about the Rav4, all the features. He was attentive and showed us the car we bought 1 month after the test drive. I love my car! Toyota is a sound investment and many friends referred the brand.
Patrick As ever is a very courteous and knowledgable salesperson. He did a great job showing us the Highlander at Oxmoor Toyota. Excellent experience! I would encourage anyone to speak to Patrick when buying a Toyota.
Their team calls you saying we can get you in a newer vehicle for a lesser paymentwe drive the hour and a half down there and they want us to take a payment that is $60 + more than what we presently make when we have equity in our present vehicle. I expected better since we bought our present vehicle there and we have been financed through Toyota for 10 years and made every payment.
I can guarantee you that when we buy new the next time, it will NOT be with them.
We live in Allen, TX and had traveled to Louisville, KY for the eclipse. No sooner had we arrived when a trouble indicator light went off on our 2004 Avalon. We called our local Toyota Service Dept in Allen to see what they recommended; i.e., Can it wait until we get home? They were too busy and would call back. We called Oxmoor Toyota in Louisville and they suggested that we bring the car in. Not really what we wanted to hear since it was eclipse day but. To make a long story short, their service department (also busy) fit us in, fixed the problem, and got us out of there in time to see the eclipse. They could not have been nicer or more efficient, and I might add, they were REALLY busy. End of story--we are still waiting for our local dealer to call back. Guess where we're going to buy our next car? Five stars for Oxmoor Toyota!!!!!
This was me and my husband first time buying a used car from a dealership. Our salesman was Steve H. he was very professional in showing us vehicles in our price range. He was not a pushy salesman and was very patient with us. The first time I went alone and didn't find a car that I wanted. A few days later, Steve text me a car that fit more of the description I gave him of the vehicle i was looking for so my husband and I went to take a look. We like it and was going in the right direction but It was just not the ONE. So then he showed us another one that me and my husband fell in love with and after driving it we new this one was the ONE. After spending 2 hours there we placed an offer and the Manager refused it. He was not wiling to negotiate with price, so we left with no car while still looking elsewhere. A few days later we spoke with Steve and he was able to get us deal on the car so we leased it for a day and took it to our mechanic for an inspection. Next day we bought our 2016 Mazda Grand Touring AWD with Toyota at Oxmoor. I give it 4 stars because of the sales person only. They charge the highest fees around $99 docs and $599 package fee. There is no way around it since we did not want the package but was told it was not an option. Also they did not even fill up our gas tank and 3 days later my car is notifying me that it needs an oil change, that its due for maintenance and needs window wiper cleaner. Was not expecting this since we just bought the car 3 days ago! so upsetting and an inconvenience for me.
Excellent! Brian was very helpful. Even to the point of getting my husband some tools so that he could remove the radio in our trade in. Definitely above and beyond in my book. Overall it was a great experience 😊
If you've bought many cars from a dealership you will be familiar with the games they play to in my opinion cheat you out of as much money as possible. The problem is that the people they prey on the hardest are the ones who do not read reviews or research the vehicle they are buying in the first place. But I digress, this dealership made our Saturday afternoon and night an absolute act in frustration. I was told by a salesman that the vehicle was certified and that the 12 month warranty was included and then when signing the paperwork they added in approx $500 for the warranty plus an additional $588 in administration fees plus a $99 fee. I know all dealers charge a fee but this is higher than most. We told them NO deal and were walking out when a manager rushed out to make things right and took off the warranty fee. This whole process took about 4 hours, then when leaving with the vehicle it was dead on E and the low fuel light was flashing. I turned around and drove back to the dealership and was told that they usually do not fill up used vehicles with gas. (never bought a car new or used that didn't come with a full tank of gas). Salesman spoke with his manager and got us a full tank of gas. Got home and realized the wiper fluid was empty which really was the icing on the cake, when they are supposed to do a 160 point inspection to certify a vehicle, they can't put wiper fluid in it? Our other vehicle is a Toyota; I had just had it serviced at this dealership a week prior and got mediocre service at best. Bottom line, our salesman was polite, we love the vehicle (only reason we gave 2 stars) but the general feel of this place is that they deal in volume because they are the only game in town on the East end. They really do not care about customer service and only give lip service to it. Their management team is shamelessly out to vacuum as much money out of your pocket as they possibly can. I will not do business with this dealership in the future, I will not have either of my Toyota vehicles serviced there and I definitely will not recommend them to anyone.
We came to look for a hatchback for not more than ten Grand out the door. With very patient help from our sales consultant, Hunter Angelo ,we found our perfect match better than we hoped for. My daughter and I had the best experience at Toyota Oxmoor than with the other competitors. Hunter was genuine and helped us find a car within the price range that also met the needs of our lifestyle. With his humor and positive energy he made up for the previous 5 hours of the car buying process a breeze. Thank you!
Fantastic experience this week negotiating a price prior to arriving on the exact vehicle we wanted. Highly recommended. Everything went smoothly today and we love our new Highlander. Hunter and Dana were both great to work with!
We have had a great experience so far! Walked in and they had the exact car I had been looking at online. Currently they are doing some things to get the certified part of the car right and put us in a rental. I will most likely change to 5 stars when that is done! Cory and Patrick were very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
I have never left a car dealership so frustrated and mad! I saw a car online and went to test drive it. I liked it and took my wife to see it later that afternoon. The salesman was nice and very helpful. We had just started looking and not ready to buy yet, but of course they asked if we wanted to look at some numbers and as I was going to trade in my current car I was interested to see what they would offer.
We went inside and met Doug W. And that's when the "fun" began. Doug started by asking general questions and then said he would need more info in order to value our trade. He walked out and came back in a couple minutes later and handed us a piece of paper and told us to decide which monthly payment option we wanted and sign the bottom and he would finish the paperwork. He only wanted to play the what do you want your payment to be game and for awhile refused to tell us what he was charging for his car and the trade value on my car. After 10 minutes of requesting this information, he showed where he was selling the car higher than the online listed price and was giving $5k less than trade value on mine. Things only got worse after that. I don't have the space to list all the examples and games he played but he would never answer a direct question or disclose accurate information. Very pushy, condescending and slick.
