What a great place on the surface, but be cautious! We had a fantastic time bowling there, the staff was friendly, and the lanes were clean. They have the Jukebox you can pay for, and a decent selection of balls. However all of the bowling balls had a lot of pockmarks in them, and did not roll nicely. They didn't have a good selection of ball weights, and you had to search for a while. And there weren't that many people there, so it was not an issue of other people using them. The crowd there was less than desirable, the police were actually in the back with the SWAT team, because there had been some sort of an altercation there about an hour before we got there. The owner assured us that the SWAT team was standing by, but did not make us feel very comfortable. I certainly would have left if we had had our children with us. It was a great bowling alley, very newly renovated, but the bar was closed as well. This was apparently due to a water outage, but I have my concerns that it was more likely due to the recent altercation. I would have loved it if it had been a bit more safe.

Courteous staff, busy bowling alley that seems well maintained. Nice bar. Great pizza. Diverse arcade that kids of all ages enjoy.

I have had my credit card information stolen from this premises by one of their employees earlier this year who tried to buy Playstation games with my card information. Luckily fraud alert set in and Igot my money back although bowlero tried to deny and continues to deny their involvement, dont knock the place for a few bad employees but they wont look into who is stealing credit information which is a felony. Maybe that why the lolice are always there. After my recent visit last night, my roommates cousin sold a fidget spinner of quality craftsmanship to the son of the owner or Manger in charger they came at me very rude and threatening, and tried to say I "took advantage of his child" ambiguous wording sir i didnt try to touch your son he is a thief and you are enabling bad behavior in a young child Ok brass tax, sketchy overall development horrible staff and management who threaten returning customers who spend good money trying to have a good time but I get threatened by the staff because of his child poor decision making and unaccountability on their part I will continue to go to this establishment but will make very public my disapproval for who they are and how they stand by Their business other than the bar I should give 2 stars because the bar is nice and the staff in the bar is friendly. I was treated very unfairly by the lady at the front counter. She was mean and left my whole party feeling unwelcome. I was also not charged correctly.

Great alley. Extremely good for kids. Full arcade, clean, and well lit.

Its a nice bowling alley great service just not enough hype to it not enough people unless there are bowling tournaments going and when that happens there's never any lanes open for regular bowlers to just come in and bowl
