Some of the best customer service for a business I have seen in a long time. All of the employees are always taking care of you or offering their help regardless if you are their client or not. I would highly recommend any of their services!
Katie Rae does my color and is an amazing colorist, by far the best I have ever experienced. She truly knows what she is doing and enjoys doing it. She is always kind and making sure you are comfortable. I always look forward to getting to see her!
Can't remember who did it but also got the best eyebrow wax I have ever had at shamas. I have very sensitive skin so I am hesitant to let others near my eyebrows. Kinda pricey but totally worth it!

I would highly recommend Shamas to anyone! You are warmly greeted the minute you walk through the door and quickly checked in. Janie, the hairstylist, and Susan, the colorist, happened to be my favorite because of the expertise and friendliness. But I have gone to others as well, and have never been disappointed. Would never consider going anywhere else for my hair. They have great products too!

Shamas is the BEST salon I have ever been to. I recently moved to Toledo and have been looking around for a Salon. I'm so glad I chose Shamas. My stylist was Kelly. She did an AMAZING job on my hair. She gave me the exact style I wanted and I LOVE it..! I can't wait to go back. Hands down the best experience at a salon.

The woman who did my color was great. No complaints there. However, the woman who cut my hair (Sarah) does not know the difference between a TRIM and a full on CUT. I asked her to cut the dead ends off only to have her cut 4 inches off the length. Also, she was using a razor blade instead of scissors and put so many layers in my hair that I cannot braid it or anything. I was in disbelief when I watched her butcher my hair from the chair. I will not go back to this salon. She (Sarah) kept telling me "you're going to love this cut". I cannot even put my hair in a low pony-tail. Therefore, I believe that she completely disregarded what I wanted done to MY hair, and took control herself. Very upset, and do not recommend.

Truly one of the best salons I have ever been to. I am someone who always wants to change things up with my hair and Shana delivers every single time. She always listens to me and tells me what is best for my hair type.

Katelyn is also an amazing colorist. I had a million different questions and she was super sweet and helpful and the end result was exactly what I wanted.

Shamas has great technicians and colorists and treats their clients very very well. I think they could communicate more often on how often they send their stylists, colorists, etc through training. As a client, I like to know that they are all up to date on latest trends and that their employees are being trained often.

Jodi has been cutting my hair for years, and she is phenomenal. I think she can do anything. Your hair will do things you didn't know it could do--like look wavy when it's completely straight. She knows how to cut and style. The colorist I went to years ago was also fabulous. Gorgeous every time. I have stopped going to this salon because I've found someone closer to my home where the prices are cheaper and the feel is more laid back. But if you're looking for a salon feel, you'll love Shamas.
