I had the best service EVER!!!
Was losing air in my tire, on my way into West Bend for a Doctors appointment.
Pulled into the service area and they repaired my tire and had me on the road in about 10 minutes.
Made my appointment on time!!!!!

If you want to buy a brand new or quality used car, truck, or SUV, your first choice should be Bob Fish! They have a wide variety of used cars and brand new GM vehicles. Not to mention they have very helpful staff.

Because of the other positive reviews I decided to take my 2016 Silverado 1500 truck in for an oil change. Fast, polite and refreshing not trying to push extra things at me.

The people are great, but I have had to take my car in FIVE TIMES to fix the brakes in just ONE year. This time, no one is calling me to tell me what's going on.

I had taken my truck in after the check engine light came on to Heiser Chevy Where I purchased the truck in Nov.2017. It is a certified 2013 GMC. After three times back for the same problem, my truck was still showing low oil pressure. I called bob fish to see if they could take a look, not knowing I could take it there for warranty work. The service writer was great, he explained everything,and set up an appointment. They looked into the problem and fixed it the first time. I have purchased 3 new vans from Bob fish when I was running my Carpet installation business. I have always been satisfied with everything at Bob Fish. Great I had several issues and they were all addressed. I had a bad whistle at freeway speeds and was pleasantly pleased when I was told the mechanic (Adam Goeden) located the issue and repaired it. It required several test drives I am sure. I even had a dent that showed up in my door I am assuming from someone opening a door into it. However that was repaired the following week. At the end of the day customer service is what will make a person buy another GM. My last truck had 300k in it I am sure this one will achieve the same milestone.

Andrew Witte was very professional. Not pushy at all and did everything I asked for. Walked through the truck very thoroughly. Was very prepared for the delivery. Had everything setup from onstar to xm all setup before I got there and onstar sent me a truck report on the day of delivery while I was on my way to get it. If I ever need a new vehicle I will be back.

Bob Fish took the time to show me all my options within my budget. They listened to my vehicle requirements and allowed me to test drive multiple vehicles. They also gave me pointers as to which vehicle/features would fit my needs. I could not have asked for a better buy experience. They validated my fears of being a first time car buyer and gave me ample answers to all my questions. They walked me through every step and gave me peace of mind. I was thrilled when I drove off the lot in my 2016 GMC Terrain! Wonderful SUV!!!
