Great service for all staff in here, really helpful (u better ask if you don’t really know how to go)
Good waiting area. Some plaes in South Station close at 6. Decent food choices. Clean.
Best bus and train station on New England. Everything clean and also comfortable. The staff is polite and can answer when you ask for information.
I love this place. It's always packed tho. It also has this amazing new coffee kiosk that donates money to families in poverty and helps give them food. I highly recommend going here no matter what. Their coffee is phenomenal!
It flowed well, the reason for 3 stars was for the information booth and signs. I went to the information booth and asked what the best way was to get to North end. The guy said " consiers desk" and pointed. I've been here a week and have yet to see this mythical desk. I did discover that "all trains" means to the subway system, I'm guessing that the information booth is not aware that the subway travels to North end. So, anyway, my wife and I decided to catch a taxi. We found one small sign above the exit doors that said taxi with a Arrow pointing left. DO NOT let this sign deceive you too. To get a taxi you go out the door and flag one down in the street. There is no taxi stand, it's a free for all.
Other than that it's a relatively good train station.
Extremely busy with so many different lines meeting in one spot, but everything is marked well for easy maneuvering. Has decent food options and bathroom wasn't horrible.
Really nice train station with trains that run on schedule and up-to-date info readily available for passengers. Also has a bar and restaurants.

Simple, open-air, well set up train station. Well located and accessible to and from downtown Boston. No complaints, what more do you expect from a train station? Way better than Penn Station NY
Traveling from NYC to Boston on bus good. I always miss the train. Not use to non working transit trains in Boston. Nothing like transit trains in New York City 24 hrs service . Time to learn how to drive.😀
