Total rip off. Please carefully read the agreement before you sign it. Whatever they verbally say don't rely on their words. They charge way more than what they promise. I would not even keep Budget as my last option. Moreover, to reach them is a big hassle too. Good luck with those who still want to go with them.

Phone is never answered at Airport location. Don't even bother. If anyone answers, it will be a call center. They fixed our reservation, but only after we drove back to the airport from daughters home in rush hour traffic..just answer the phone people. We could hear it ringing while standing at the counter and NO ONE MAKING A MOVE TO PICK IT UP. If this was me, having car trouble, with a vehicle I'd picked up from your location, I'd be mad. Yesthe phone number to call in those instances is the airport local office number that was not being answered. 3 stars given because the manager on duty did help us fix the issue and was very nice about it.
