Food was good, wait staff was engaging and friendly. Live music. Kitchen was slow but view of harbor helped compensate for that

Ashley was at the outside bar, a friend and i sat down for a few drinks and some food. The bar was busy so i understood not being acknowleged for 5 minutes, after another 10 min of waiting she says she will be right with us. A couple min later she came over and asked what could she get for us, me being a first time customer asked what are the drink specials? Ashley stated "your really gunna do this to me" and tossed a drink menu in front of me. A 20 min wait outside, the rude attitude, lack of service. I will never be back while Ashley is bartending. Megan was the best part of that experience, greeting and personality.

Just because they say they open at 11:30 doesn't mean they do. They leave you hanging out by the door until they "get ready" while complaining among themselves that the manager isn't there. Would have appreciated getting to sit down while they "got ready". The music is too loud and you would like it turned down? Have to wait for the manager and he's not here yet. But the food was good. They need to deal with their administrative issues to get a higher score from me!

Happy hour food was a disappointment. Take the burger for example..during happy hour it is $5 and it comes with no sides. Give me a break. Unfortunately our server was kinda snotty and when we asked questions about items on the menu, she was not able to answer them nor seemed interested in finding out the answers either. When we were seated we were provided standard menus and even after asking for happy hour menusthey were never brought to usso we went and got them ourselves. We did not feel very valued and will more than likely not go back

My family and I thought we would give this place a try. When we were seated, we happen to be the only customers in the restaurant. My daughter and I order the beef brisket sandwich. When it came out, it looked okay, but had the flavor and texture was like a boot. The name Bootleggers is an accurate description for what your eating, well at least the boot part is. The brisket was overcooked, which lead to it being chewy and hard to eat. All in all, the food was, to put it nicely, horrible and the service was okay. Don't waste your time and money eating here. THIS PLACE IS A ZERO!! WORST PLACE WE HAVE EATEN AT OUR ENTIRE VACATION!!
