  Just got out of my first appointment with the PA Robert Pinello and I am impressed. He was very thorough with his exam. He spent about an hour going through all of my health history details and making sure to order all the correct diagnostic tests. He explained each test to me as well. I'm an RN and I'm VERY particular about who I see. I knew he was legit when he recommended an OB GYN to me that I have worked with in the past that does great work.
  
  They play country music in the front office, but so what. The front desk persons seem to have strong personalities, but so what. The care I got was great and I will be back.

  This office is one of the most unprofessional offices I have ever gone to. They do not care about their patients AT ALL. Please do not go there if you think you are going to be taken care of. If you want stress and to be sicker than go for it. The last time I was there they didn't even tell me when I booked the appointment that they no longer take my insurance until I was AT THE OFFICE. They wouldn't let me have the PA at the time call in a refill for me, even though they had done that in the past, because I am a patient without a thyroid and need the hormone to live. They said since it is a hormone I have to be seen in order for them to call in the prescription, even though they could have just given me the same dosage. I went ahead and just paid the office visit out of pocket. Routine like normal, until it was time to schedule my follow up visit this time. Since I am without a thyroid I need regular visits every three months to check my levels. When I called to find out if my insurance was reinstated, they only then told me that the PA I was seeing no longer works there. Well that would have been nice to know since I only have a couple weeks of the hormone left. They do not care about the well being of their patients, they only care about filling appointments and getting money into their pockets. Disgusting.

  I came to Dr. Wilson when I was younger and loved him! But I just recently moved back into town and the service was just as great as I remembered. They got me into the office in the same week. They were very kind and friendly upfront and when I was brought back I had the same great service. I have got to say it was nice feeling comfortable in a doctors office again!

  Went through several doctors before I found one I finally liked. I never enjoyed going to the doctor whatsoever but these guys are amazing. The whole staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Service is awesome and they have helped me tremendously with all health issues since I have been with them. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is in need of a doctor or just wants to move to a better one.

  I love this office. Everyone is very attentive. The company I work for switched insurance companies so having an appointment 3 days after my new insurance was active, the system said it wasn't. Kayla (sp), called to verify and all was set., which is a lot more than what Walgreens did when I had the same issue when filling my scripts. The office was very busy and she was inundated with the phones but not once did she say.you have no insurance according to the system. She just handled it. I wasn't able to get an appointment with my specialist for a few months, they called and I had an appointment within the week. Dr. Wilson and staff are great.

  If I could give less than 1 star I would. This is the most unprofessional doctors office I have ever been to. The owner/office manager was so rude and condescending, the nurses are wearing sandals which I'm pretty sure is illegal or at least extremely unsanitary. I have been here several times and the service has gone WAY down.
  I walked in and approached the front desk girl, she asked if I had my insurance card and ID, I told her I have a copy of it on my phone. The owner/office manager barks over the front desk girl saying "absolutely not" and that is "why she has hired every front desk because they are all incompetent". I told her that was unprofessional however sat down and waited. I was sitting in the lobby listening to blaring country music on a cheap radio. I get waived back by the same lady who then says my insurance expired yesterday. I say let me call my father and find out what's going on. Her response " you can call whoever but that's what they said so maybe this place just isn't a good fit for you". I proceeded to explain I like seeing the doctor there, then from behind her the front desk says either way they don't even take my insurance I HAVE BEEN HERE 3 other times and not one person has said this, it was on my file and no one asked when I booked my appointment like every other normal establishment does. I asked why no one asked me about my insurance or noticed until 30 minutes AFTER my appointment. She then REPEATED "maybe this just isn't a good fit for me" I replied "is the doctor okay with you pushing client away that like them" and she responded :
  
  " well considering I'm the owner, whatever I say goes and THEY work for me"
  
  Literally disgusted. Walked out in sheer disgust at the entire fiasco and disrespect towards their doctors. I will be sure I let everyone know how condescending And flat out unprofessional the owner is. I will not be recommending anyone to give this woman business. Legit CLASSLESS.
  
  Have NEVER been treated so bad by a business that I am just trying to be at my appointment for.
  
  Should have known when at my boyfriends lasts appointment the doctor was saying how the owner (which it now makes sense) makes the doctors book like a fast food resteraunt and cares nothing about giving good care to the clients. Hope she finds a better place.

  I have been a Patient of Dr. Richard Wilson's for about 12 years. I have always had excellent care and he also is the primary doctor for all of my 4 children. I have never had a bad experience he and his staff are always helpful! We have all had insurance problems, but remember it's not the Doctors or the office's fault we as patients need to be informed when we sign up for insurance. I think all the Insurance's suck!!! I would not trust another physician!!! 👍👍👍👍👍
