Best place in Fort Myers for collision repair. They're painters are awesome. Factory finish like it never happened and I work in the automotive field and know what to look for. I know they do alot of cars for scanlon Lexus and they refer all collision to Annie's. Can't say enough good things about them. They also warranty their work.

4 months to fix my car. Always late. I understood my car would take time and was ok with that. They just yesed me to death. Sick of the run around.

Excellent work. They go the extra mile. I have used many body shops over the years, but this one is really the best around. I believe it is the only Lexus certified body shop in the area. Another friendly and less expensive shop repaired my car, but the trunk leaked. Had to have Annie's fix it. Then they even fixed a couple other small dings at no extra charge.

Make sure you get another estimate and read their estimate thoroughly. I needed a price to have them paint my truck topper only. THEY QUOTED ME $2,100! The two other quotes I got were $800 and $500. Their estimate said it would take 30 hours to paint a truck topper that wasn't attached to my truck. They also charged extra for "corrosion protection " Fiberglass doesn't rust. Watch out. These people will try to nickel and dime you.

There positives and negatives. First, the quote process was frustrating and not transparent. They gave me a price and e-mailed me a release, but it took three e-mails to get the actual quote I was signing off on. Telephone support was frankly terrible. I would call right back from a missed call and the receptionist was unprofessional and clueless. The cost was higher than expected and I later regretted not getting other quotes. Also, they refused to add just a little touch up to a small scratch without replacing the entire bumber. This didn't seem like too much extra to ask for a job over $2k. All said, the repair did come out nice.

Pulled into the drive & politely waited, as Estimator was with person in front of me. No one acknowledged me. Didn't know if I was supposed to sit in the car or go inside. After waiting what seemed like 5 minutes, I gently interrupted the interaction in front of me since I still had not even been acknowledged. She asked me to go inside to start the paperwork. Great! After filling out paperwork, I waited another 15 minutes or so. Went back I side only to find out they forgot about me. Good thing I was proactive!
