Extremely unprofessional how they run the bookstore. Students depend on the reliability of accurate information. I called and asked if they had a book, I made sure to ask that they specially have the book in that store because I was going to drive from Miami to rent it. I get to the store and they are completely out of the book, for purchase or rental.. they have childish kids answering the phone and running this bookstore. So lazy to not even look or know what's their inventory.

They are always very nice, and will tell you straight whether you may or may not need the book, or to check back later. Getting cash for goods is also seamless.

Worried I would be late seeing as I had an hour long commute during rush hour, I made it there minutes before closing and was professionally greeted and checked out right away. I had a year's worth of textbooks to sell and will definitely be back next semester!

I really needed help and Jay Sloan was MORE than nice about assisting me. I explained that I usually use the Lake Worth office and they had already closed. He was able to help me over the phone and did not ask me to drive to Boca to be helped. I am 8 and a half months pregnant so he has no clue how wonderful this was!! Thank you Jay.
