I called to verify if someone would be available for assistance, they replied yes. I came in, the person was not present to assist that day, despite being told they would be. I called and left a voicemail to request a time he would be available. The next day, he called me back and set an appointment. Before arriving, I called to verify the appointment, and no one answered the phone. I arrived at the appointment time, and he was not present. The receptionist had no idea where he went or how to communicate him beyond “paging.” He could not even suggest whether to wait or simply schedule another appointment. I understand this facility caters to a certain demographic, but basic professionalism and communication should be expected at any business that deals with people, and unfortunately, this healthcare facility staff is not able to provide these basic things at this time. I witnessed two irate patients the first day, so I can only imagine what more people are possibly experiencing.

At least they had hand sanitizer.

Came in for an appointment today, I had to wait 2 months to be seen as a new patient in the dental center. Having medicaid is the reason. While the staff were all very nice the dentist prescribed me ibuprofen for an extraction and only 4 days worth. I've had four teeth pulled in my life and never once have I been sent home to suffer. I acknowledge the pain med epidemic but clinics, doctors, and dentist should not have a personal opinion and tell you you do not need them. Obviously I'm in pain if there's a giant hole in my mouth bleeding profusely!

I used the Bond Community Health Center quite a few times. From my first visit to the most recent, I found the staff to be very professional. Although the center was always busy, I thought the facility was clean and well kept. If I ever had a concern about my account, the staff was always attentive. My prescriptions were always ready when promised. If you're looking for a great health care alternative, I think you'll be VERY happy with Bond.

You deserve a zero, but I can only give you a 1. My family member had a 3pm appt. We arrived at 2:52pm, signed in and waited over an hour to be seen. Finally, at 4:30pm we were told that my family member was marked as a no show even though she clearly signed in and the front desk clerk initialed by her name at 3:19pm that she was here. We didn't see the doctor until after 5:00pm. This is an absolute disgrace!!!! I now see why they are trying to shut you down. You should be!!! I feel sorry for every citizen in this community that only has this facility as an option. No one should have to wait that long for mediocre service - especially when you have an appointment.

Bond Health center is like 3rd world health care center. They; don't give the right information, never answer the phone, most employees have attitudes, there are 2 thugs at the door to handle any negative feedback, plus you won't get an appointment for at least 1 month out. Even for the most open minded person, Bond Health will leave you frustrated and discusted every time. There is ALWAYS something they come up with NOT to give you the proper health care service from my, long time, personal experience. Seems they pick and choose who gets help and who they will just discard.

Unprofessional. Doctors are never in the office and do not answer the phone. Refills are very hard to come by. Will never come to this office again.

Most Unprofessional dental place I have Ever visited. I guess because it's in the inner city they think everyone coming in there are poor or from the hood.

Today was first time visiting Bond's. The guys at the front desk was courteous. The nurses was polite as well, but the lady with the box braids asked what my visit was for started out polite, but as soon as she exited the waiting room where I was waiting to see the doctor. She was being very sarcastic, and talking about me to other staff that works at Bond's. As if I didn't hear her talking about me. Maybe she didn't care if I heard her or not. I can't help I forgot some of the reasons I was visiting Bond's. We all forget. Especially when you have alot of things on your mind. People like her give black people a bad name. Because of her sarcasm, that make me want to find another Bond location.

Terrible place to receive health care. During a period of unemployment and no Obama care, I went to receive help. Not only did I wait for over 2 hours, but they forgot to call my name and then everybody went to lunch, leaving me all by myself in the waiting room with only the woman at the front desk. When I went up to her to ask when I would be seen, she told me that the place was closed for the next 2 hours and I wasn't going to be able to talk to the doctor unless I came back. When I started to ask why they didn't call my name or let me know that they were closing at lunch, she told me "I'm not the one". You tell me what that means. The whole experience really ticked me off and I would recommend visiting another location in town, if you need health care .

Impossible to get through on the phone, and the voice mailbox for Group B has always been full when I've called. The one time I got a call back after leaving a message in Group A's mailbox, I was told a nurse in Group B would call me back. That was 8 months ago, and I've never gotten a call back, even after leaving several more messages in Group A's mailbox. I was never written a prescription for my main health concern, only for my blood pressure and cholesterol. In fact, the one lady who called me back said there was nothing written in my record about the main reason I was there. I was also given three blood tests. Two of them I was expecting, but the third was completely unnecessary, never authorized by me and costs almost $200.

First time visiting bond community health center and was very happy with the help I received. I was a walk in, seeing as the clinic stays busy and appointment dates are sporadic -that's understandable. I showed up at open and was taken in as spots from missed or dropped appointments opened up. Friendly staff from front desk to triage, doctor, check out, and pharmacy. Was even able to schedule my next appointment before I left. Of course I will contact the office a week in advance to make sure there is no confusion with the appointment, but that's just for my own peace of mind. Keep in mind if you plan to do a walk in to come early because once a certain amount of people are reached they are required to turn others away. Overall good place, good people. Highly recommend.
