Its cheap. Own bathroom. Own room. Internet is fast but unrealiable. Great for broke college student just wanting cheap place close to campus.

This place is a ideal if you are interested in low budget housing near campus. 2 city bus lines and 2 University buses can take you to campus in less than 20 minutes. The place has a gym a pool basketball and tennis and volleyball courts. The complex also encourages socializing with events such as taco Tuesdays and such. The Like I said the rent is affordable, although I must say I notice it has been going steeply high since I got here three years ago. Most underprivileged college kids will soon be outpriced.

I am absolutely in love with this place! I am a sophomore going to FSU, and I chose housing that would fit in my budget. Seminole Grand has exceeded my expectations! My apartment was clean when I entered and anytime I needed maintenance, they came that same day! When they say they love their residents, they mean it, they always have events for the residents. The staff is amazing as well, especially Paul. I couldn't have chose a better place, I will definitely renew next year!

Upgraded apartments as beautiful and clean. Management and maintenance are extremely helpful, if you are specifically asking them for help.

I will NEVER refer or suggest anyone to stay at this complex. The people who work in the office are rude and inconsiderate. They will ignore your emails and messages especially if you moved out and trying to fix an issue. Don’t worry about filling out the roommate matching sheet because they throw anybody in your apartment. Just because they say college apartments you don’t have to be a college student to stay there. They charge for everything. If you want to park in front of your building you have to pay. They made every parking spot that’s in front reserved and if no one pays for them and you park there they threaten to have you towed. They only care about the money they don’t care about your experience. They treat you like you are not paying them you can’t do anything in your unit. Staying in the dorm is better then staying here.

My daughter has lived at Seminole Grande for a little over a year. Overall, it's a nice place with good amenities. It's one of the few communities that we found with a guard gate and security. That's not to say that nothing happens there, but there is some peace of mind having the security. Just know that the apartment you get will not look anything like the pictures on the website, or anything like the models that they show you. It was a little overwhelming on move-in day to see the condition of the apartment, but my daughter adjusted and she's happy there.

I would never let any child of mine stay here again. They are deceptive and charge you for everything they can think of. They will cheat you. I'm not sure what makes a .50 arm band worth $25. What makes a key card worth $25. They have a "penthouse" that kids having a party sustained injuries in when the floor caved in. They will switch apartments on you. They will disregard your requests for certain types of roommates. They tried to charge me a bunch of fees. They have had people shooting inside that worthless gate. BEWARE!!!

I've been living at Seminole Grand for a year now, after I signed my original lease I was super skeptical because I read the google reviews. When I moved in, my apartment was great and clean, I've never once had an issue with my neighbors being loud, and maintenance has always done my work orders within 24 hours or less. People always say you get what you pay for, so I was really expecting everything to be pretty crappy considering I only pay $385 for a 3x3 which is crazy affordable so I was super impressed with the service! I actually renewed after only a couple months! Management is amazing and is always trying to help you out in anyway that they can. Another great thing is that anytime they're hiring, they always send out an email to residents first and they try to interview every candidate, so everyone gets a chance. I actually started working here in October and it's super convenient, especially considering my car was totaled in an accident and I'm still able to get to work everyday because I can just walk here!

I've lived here for almost a year and I have to said maintenance is super friendly and quick. The front office members are nice to speak to and always offer advice. The rooms are a decent size, great compared to the dorms on campus. Having your own bathroom and area to call yours is nice. Very good living spot.

I've lived in Seminole Grand for a year and I just renewed for a second one with my best friend. The vicinities are great. The gym is really nice. 24 hours and lots of equipment and space! The pool is huge and always clean and is the perfect place for cooking out and lounging around. The living space itself is also very nice and the furnished option is an awesome deal. The maintenance staff is always really fast when responding to work orders and very efficient with repairs. The whole staff is very helpful and respectful. So glad I renewed here!

DO NOT RENT HERE. Whatever positive comments you see online about this place is the staff being forced to write good reviews. There is a lot of crime and gang related activity in this complex. They rent to ANYONE. You can hear gunshots from the Ghetto up the street. The staff is rude and has a high turnover rate. Apartments are not well maintained. The furnishings provided are EXTREMELY cheap and come falling apart. They will blame you and make you pay. Seminole grand will take every opportunity to steal your security deposit. The owner has had suits against them for security deposit theft. If you're in college and strapped for cash, do yourself a favor and either go somewhere else or freaking take out the loans and have a GOOD college experience. Don't make bad memories here.

I have lived in Seminole for the past 3 years and I intend to renew my lease one more time as I complete my degree here in Tallahassee at Florida State. I can say with confidence that Seminole Grand is the best housing apartment complexes for the competitive prices that they offer. Everything from the responsive maintenance team who has never taken longer than one day to respond to my roommates and my needs to the amenities (beautiful pool, volleyball courts, tennis courts, etc.) have certainly made my experience here very enjoyable. The staff is more than friendly and is always willing to take my phone calls. They have also recently updated their security staff which have made me feel more than safe. The scenery is well-kept, with trees and other landscaping decorating the complexes. I'd say my only complaint is reeling me in too fast with their competitive prices, not giving me the notion to even shop around but thankfully after further inspection, my decision was certainly justified and I am more than contempt. 10/10, I would highly recommend
