Wonderful breakfast. Amazing pastries as well as great hot food. There is a good combination of American and African foods. Also made to order omelets and fantastic scrambled eggs with goat cheese. The passion fruit, orange, guava juice is the best. Finally the service is great every time.

As other reviewers indicated this is a buffet, but that's not a bad thing. There's flavors and dishes for everyone, both the adventurous and the less adventurous. Their breakfast is pretty good, and a decent way to start a long day before heading to a park. Dinner is more expensive so be prepared for price changes, they are clearly indicated though.

Best breakfast spot in Disney hands down. Something for everyone and the buffet items are well-prepared and presented. Whether you are a foodie or a picky eater there is something for everyone. Adults enjoyed classic breakfast items as well as more exotic (and very flavorful) items from around the world. Everything was of excellent quality and quantify. Kids loved the Mickey shaped waffles and the chocolate chip pancakes. The coffee was tasty and the fresh tropical juice was delicious and plentiful. Service couldn't be more attentive and friendly. We will go here every trip to Disney from now on. (FYI: The next day we ate breakfast at Kona Cafe and it was horrible and expensive). Go to Boma!

It's a buffet lets get that out of the way. For a buffet, it is one of the best you will ever have. Lots of options with all the food really well made. All the none alcoholic drinks are included but they dine have a full bar if you want alcoholic drinks. The staff is really nice and efficient. Come hungry and you won't be disappointed.

The lodge itself is beautiful. The restaurant is downstairs, near the pool area. Nice, comfortable, themed atmosphere. The food at Boma was the best we had anywhere in Disney. Unique offerings, done very well !

If you are adventurous, Boma might be the spot for you. With a wide variety of African-infused cuisine, there is a lot to try. Should you find that you are not a fan of pap and chakalaka, they do have American favorites like pasta and chicken nuggets. We went here for our honeymoon dinner, and I ended up not liking any of what I tried. My husband, on the other hand, dove in and liked everything.

This is an awesome buffet in Orlando. Get reservations since they are usually packed. All the food is incredible. Price for kids is really high but the adult price is worth it for what you get. Also, the location is in Animal Kingdom Lodge so before or after dinner, go take a walk through the reserve!

One of Disney's best restaurants and quite possibly their best buffet. My family and I recently had the pleasure of eating here, and after also trying several other buffets at Epcot and Hollywood Studios, Boma easily put the others to shame, especially when considering Boma was among the least expensive. My theory is that Disney knows it can charge more in the parks than at the resorts because they know most people either don't know about the off-park places or don't want to be bothered with the inconvenience of getting to them. Boma is completely worth it, however. The wide selection of foods was a crowd pleaser all around, and the quality of the items was exceptional. I'll let you read the other reviews for details on the specifics of the selections, but do yourself a favor and give Boma a try on your next Disney visit. If we were Orlando locals, we'd definitely come regularly.

We ate here for breakfast. We had an awesome server named Christian. This place has everything for adults and kids. And it's the first buffet I saw here at Disney that has donuts. They had Mickey waffles, simba waffles, donuts, sticky buns, omelette station, carving station, and much more. Would recommend.

Best breakfast in the entire Disney area, including the city of Orlando. The selection is huge and the food was fresh and delicious. The staff was extraordinary, especially the hostess. Will be back for sure. On your next Disney trip, do not miss this place.

I've ate at many of the Disney's restaurants, the buffets especially and this is by far the best one. The selection of food and flavors is amazing. Not only is the quality of food superb, but the staff there are some of the best.

We ate way too much at this breakfast buffet. Food wise, it's probably the best breakfast you will have at Disney. We have eaten at lots of different table service restaurants in Disney and this is probably my favorite in regards to the different types of foods and taste. The only thing lacking at this restaurant is the fact that they don't have any characters. I didn't really see much of a theme except for the decor and obviously the foods are not just American food. For the amount of food you get and the selections they have, I was still pleased with their prices for the breakfast buffet. info and reviews on our travel blog - approved adventures

My wife and I came here on our honeymoon, yes a bit corny I know, but we love Disney. This restaurant was the best place we ate the whole trip, and we ate at 5 different fine dining restaurant while we were there. Their preparation is near perfect and the menu is unlike anything else in the area. The staff were wonderful and made the evening special for the two of us, doing little things they didn't have to (even beyond what Disney park protocol is for romantic celebrations). I cannot emphasize enough how much we both enjoyed this place. When we return, it will be a meal we look forward to.

We come back to Boma again and again for both breakfast and dinner. Understand that this is theme park pricing - it's steep. But the food is delicious and there's enough variety for everyone. Lots of kid-friendly options like mac and cheese and pancakes but really wonderful cultural dishes too. For a bargain, try the wine flight. Three fairly substantial tasting pours for $15. And don't miss the bread pudding.
