Seasonal beer a must has. Good food, a great place for the family and friends. I been at this place several times. I only remember the last 2 times; my last time I had fish and chips and before that a Ruben. The server Pedro was great last time; very friendly and always checking if we needed something else. They have a lot of parking space, be awarded sometimes get really busy and you will end up parking across street 🐴

Bohemian Brewery is by far the best place to get authentic German food, emphasis on authentic. I ordered the bratwurst and it did not disappoint. Rich sausage flavor elevated with just a hint of beer flavor. Mixed with the spicy mustard and sweet, creamy sauerkraut made for a delicious meal. Everything the party I was with order looked impeccable and rustic. I will definitely be adding this to my regular rotation.

The food here is well thought out, and wonderfully portioned for the price.
    Seating is comfortable.
Wait staff seems to be knowledgeable about food & beverage.
The cocktails are well priced as well.
The only comment I have is to decrease the amount of dead animals that are hanging on the walls, not such a great ambience while eating meat products

They have really good food and the service is kind. The waiter that helped me the first time I showed up let me know what his favorite dishes are. I have tried each of hos suggestions and they were really good! The place has a good atmosphere. I look forward to going back and trying some new dishes soon.

Excellent place to go grab a beer and some food with friends in a very relaxed atmosphere. It's a big place, so usually not a long wait. Their beer is good, but not excellent. The food is also good, but not excellent. Perhaps a result of a big menu with lots of different items, rather than focus on a smaller menu of specialties.
But I will definitely be back again and again. I think the place has character..

Local brewery and German food. I had the beef stroganoff and it was fantastic. Authentic tasting sauce and phenomenal meat! We ordered strudels for dessert and they were very tasty. The atmosphere is log cabin with tables in close proximity and service and people were very friendly.

Took a while to get served after being seated. However everything after that made up for the initial impression. Food was delightful & tasted hand crafted. Beer was to die for, also have a great selection of sizes and a growler to go option!

Food is always excellent here, as is the service (beverages, of course). Opted for patio seating which was lovely, but flies are active this time of year & it seemed no measures were taken to reduce the flies buzzing around patrons. Also, we ordered an appetizer simultaneously with dinner & the dinner was brought out so shortly after the appetizer there wasn't time to have much before the dinner was out. Yes, too fast on the food. Little details like timing can make all the difference. Small adjustments could've put this dining experience over the top. It was already very good.

Ive been eating here for years and love it. Very well run establishment that consistently delivers quality product and pretty good service depending on which server you get. The manager , Fred is great and always goes out of his way to show us how much he appreciates my business. Steak salad , garlic burger and wings are some of top choices!!

I absolutely love the Bohemian Brewery! The atmosphere is very cozy, the staff is extremely friendly, and the food is great! The first time I went I got the steak salad and it was absolutely delicious. The manager really goes out of his way to make sure everybody feels welcome. I even brought my grandma with me the second time around. 😊

The first time I went, the person I was meeting got caught up in some things and was unable to make it. I decided to eat alone and they made sure that I felt very welcome the whole time. My waitress even sat with me for a while.

    I highly recommend eating here!

The food here has been good but not great, a convenient local spot that has a nice brunch as well as a nice patio that is heat and cooled.

I have enjoyed most of my experiences at this restaurant however I want to update on the very rude and confrontational service I received when calling in an order to pick up.

I spent about 5 minutes repeating information to the woman that answered the and that's ok it's loud in there so had to repeat a lot. The problem was when I was informed for the first time I must provide this unknown person with my credit card over the phone and considering I just ordered the same thing yesterday and have many times before with no issue I questioned this for multiple reasons and she was very rude and would not place the order and just said can't do it k bye and hung up the phone, this is after I was put on hold for 3 minutes after asking if that was really needed since I've never been asked that before.

The people that answer the phone and are the first to interact with customers should be able to make customers happy and provide a friendly welcoming attitude or the experience is ruined.

I will not personally be going back since there are restaurants as good or better close and I am treated with respect and courtesy that all customers should be.

Whether you need a good beer or are looking for a delicious meal, Bohemian Brewery and Grill is the place to go. We had the Calamari to start which was cooked superb. The Cherny Bock is my go to for a beer here but I do like the Viennese also. For dinner I had the Poached Pear salad. The greens we're tossed and coated perfectly and the cinnamon in the poached pears matched with the Hazzlenut s perfectly. I will be back as soon as I can.

Food here is excellent! Service is also never lacking. On Hunter's second day as wait staff he owned his tables and was cheerful and polite to work with. The place is popular, so do t expect it to be a quiet meal if you are indoors. Patio is a nice place to sit in the summer and enjoy their brews!

The food, beer, and atmosphere is done so well here.
Local brewery/restaurant with the best bohemian foods in salt lake. The service has always been great and have never had an issue since we went the day they opened. We make this a biweekly stop and always enjoy and look forward to coming back!

I've been going for 7 years now, and I always sit at the bar myself. Mainly due to the awesome service you'll get from Drew. Drew is one of the most professional, friendly, and knowledgeable bartenders I've ever had the pleasure to be served by. He knows his beers, and will steer you in the right direction. Bohemian has a great Americana selection with their own twist, but when it comes to authentic selections they offer you couldn't tell the difference if you were in Europe. I've come here as a local for a long time for a reason. Simply put, don't hesitate to tryand you'll be back. If you don't, it's you, not them.
