Young lady and young man working tonight at 8pm were very patient with large family ignoring their children running around. Luckily I had just ordered a Suckerpunch which has become my favorite. Store was clean and welcoming as were the employees.

So on Friday (10/20/17) afternoon at 2:15 I went to Boba Tea. The employee who was working at the time was just so awful and rude to every customer that was in there. First this man asks for the code to the bathroom, she mumbled the code to him, so he asked again and while her back was towards him she yelled the code while rolling her eyes. Another family orders and she’s making a huge racket. Slamming the blender tops, tossing the measuring cup back onto the counter. When it’s my turn to order I order quickly and hand her my cash, she hands me my change without even saying a word. She gets the drinks ready for the first family and basically flings the straws onto the drinks where the straws fall to the ground, in a completely rude manner, she doesn’t even apologize. I grab my drink, which she doesn’t even announce and leave.

Very friendly employees always working here. Easy to talk to and speedy with making your drink. Parking lot usually very uncrowded.

I have always loved BTC but they dropped the ball on this Moka Moka. Maybe it was the new staff but it tastes like STRAIGHT creamer and cinnamon.

Best Boba in New Mexico- many locations- try the Blended Purple Haze- my favorite- service is fast- so many different drinks to choose from- you won't be let down🖒

Great!
A clean and organized looking place. Lots of boba options to choose from. Another reviewer did say that the drinks here were pricey like Starbucks. I do agree with that. But it's good tasting boba and a clean place, so I don't mind the expense. Hope they do well.response / report this review -

Cool place, I wasn't able to purchase anything because they didn't take e-wallet and I didn't have my visa on me. But I've had their drinks and liked them.

The staff is really helpful and can ke adjustments to the drinks to suit your liking. Drinks are awesome. We love to come here.

This location is horrible when they are at their rush hour. Not saying it is a bad place, just feel like it could do better in a bigger more active area.

Boba Tea is fun and delicious. This was my first Boba ever. Now I compare every one to this one. Almond Vanilla, fresh Boba. Only wish it wasn't in the mall. It's the only reason we stopped and ran in.
