Meaghan took very good care of me and my Highlander. She ensured my dead battery (under warranty) was replaced free of charge. She also took the time to research options to get warranty coverage for future tire replacement due to my tires showing wear requiring replacement soon despite having less than half the warrantied mileage on them.

My experience this visit is typical of the great service that Desiree, Carl and Crystal have consistently provided me in the past for both my Highlander and my Camry.

You can bet I'll be back when my next scheduled maintenance is due.

From the phone call I madeto the moment I walked through the door, my experience exceeded my expectations. Ms. Beverly is AWESOME!!!!!! She worked with me until she knew I was happy with my choice. Byron worked and worked and worked until he got me at the payment that I needed to continue to pay my other bills and not eat noodles and sauce everyday. I am so happy to be a first time buyer of a brand new car. I love my new 2018 Toyota Camry.

I called to make an appointment to have my car serviced and was able to get an appointment that day. The service staff at Bob Richards Toyota are very friendly and knowledgeable. They greet you, hold brief conversations and ask if you being taken care of. They made sure everything was to my satisfaction and even gave me a follow up about a question that I asked. I'm well pleased.

I've bought more than one car from Bob Richard's Toyota & I've referred other family members to them as well. My most recent experience was most pleasing. The car that I originally had my eye on had just sold not long before I came up to take a look at it, so they sat down with me & evaluated my needs & made sure that all of them were met. In the end they even threw in a few extras. One thing I would recommend would be for you to always check the online price prior to coming in, since you will most likely get a better deal (they will honor said price, so it's good to know what you're looking for before hand & maybe even have a backup & have printouts of their Window sticker.) I'd definitely do business with them again.

Wonderful experience in buying a car. My wife and I had a few cars we looked at first, but the people at Bob Richards made the best impression. We never felt pushed, the sales lady was friendly and knowledgeable, and their answers were straightforward.

The car we purchased is a great buy but I can honestly state that I would have likely walked away at another dealerthey made this an easy choice.

All the salespeople were very nice, patient, and went out of their way to make sure I found something I really wanted and felt comfortable with. They obviously wanted to make sure I was a satisfied customer, not just another purchase out the door. I appreciated their courtesy so much. Vicki was my excellent service manager. She is energetic, persistent, knowledgeable, professional, personable and a good listener.. Most of all, her highest priory is keep her customers informed of work progress and to insure that all work completed is to their satisfaction. A simple service request like an oil change or brake work is straightforward, but where Vicki excels is in the case of diagnosing a problem that requires listening to your description of what is not right with your vehicle and then deciding on a course of action with your approval. She gets it right the first time.

Had such a great experience!! The whole staff is wonderful and my salesperson Quinton worked extremely hard to get something done for me. He would not take NO for an answer from his managers and he was very honest/upfront with me from the beginning until the end. I would definitely recommend that if you need a car that you should go to Bob Richards Toyota and ask for Quinton Pulley. They will take care of you just like they did me!!!

In all the cars I've purchased over the years, this has been one of the most positive car buying experiences. In fact, all of the wheeling-n-dealing was done over the phone or via email and text. Saved me lots of time and hassle. Once I got to the dealership I was there only a couple of hours for signing paperwork. What was a pleasant surprised was that what was agreed to beforehand was actually reflected in the paperwork. No additional surprise "extra" charges. Sweet. Did I got a good deal? I think so. Who ever really knows for sure. But, I was happy with the price. It was actually lower than I anticipated I'd get when starting the process. Anyway, highly recommend this dealership.

Salesperson was very knowledgeable. I appreciate that he was not pushy as I have experienced with previous car salespeople. He answered all my questions and patiently listened to all my comments and questions. I was treated very courteously by all staff I came in contact with. I am very pleased with the vehicle I purchased! This is my 4th Toyota I have driven. I have never had any major problems with them. They just keep getting better and better!

Buying a car from Bob Richards Toyota was one of the best purchasing experiences I've ever had. The salesmen and staff are kind, courteous, and treat you with respect. We had a horrible experience at Milton Ruben which is closer to our home, but trying out Bob Richards was a fantastic decision. We bought a car there the first day due to the amazing service and their willingness to make the deal we needed. Definitely give them a shot if you want to be taken care of as a customer.

I am new to the area and have been looking for a used car for my daughter. After no luck, I decided to look for something new. I came to Bob Richards Toyota and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. I was greeted by Preston who regardless of what I through at him (I am not an easy customer) handled it with true professionalism. Byron the sales manager was awesome. My entire experience from start to finish was amazing. I left with a brand new 2017 Toyota Corolla for my daughter and feel great. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone.
