Morgan Hitt was a pleasure to work with; she handled the details off-line so that when I arrived to the dealership, everything was ready. We didn't spend a lot of time going back and forth - I knew what I wanted and we got down to business quickly. Once an agreement was decided; she quickly took over and got through the process in a timely manner.

Bought a 2016 Volkswagon Jetta from them last Friday. David was very helpful and honest to deal with. They even had one of the mechanics (Patrick) reset my clock and fix my cell phone with all my numbers in the car. Now I can just say call.and it calls. They are the most helpful, nice and caring people to work with.

We drove 4 hours to purchase our second vehicle from Bob Richards. We had a wonderful experience two years ago, and this time was even better, if that is even possible. Bob Richards Nissan provides a stress-free environment. They don't play the games that most dealerships do, and you can rest assured you're going to get the best price, with no gimmicks, at Bob Richards. I also highly recommend salesman Nick Vertucci. He truly cares for his customers. He worked hard to find the perfect car for us and really helped us with the entire process. We will be back in the future for sure! Bob Richards is worth the drive!!!

I give Bob Richards Nissan an A+++ on everything! MJ Rhoney was wonderful to work with. She is enthusiastic and friendly, but also down-to-earth. She was not pushy with me at all. In fact, she had the patience of a saint (I am extremely indecisive) and was honest about everything I asked her. Everyone else who I came into contact with at this dealership really did make me feel "at home." I've been trying to decide on a new vehicle for over a year now but I didn't fall in love with a car OR a dealership until I visited this one yesterday. I am so glad I chose this one! My only regret is that I didn't visit Bob Richards Nissan sooner!

I had the most amazing experience with these guys They make sure that you are taking care of and leave the lot satisfied. Everyone was knowledgeable of the inventory and had very uplifting spirits I definitely recommend this place to anyone in search of a new vehicle.

This is the best service team in the country - hands down. Every time I take my car in, they make sure it's repaired right the first time. They have gone above and beyond to help me this year. I especially want to thank Kevin for his attention to the customer and their needs. It is this excellent service that has made me a very loyal customer to Bob Richards North Augusta.

Have been taking my car for maintenance to Bob Richards Nissan since Jan 2015. They are always fast and their services are reasonably priced. They also have great coffee in their facility.

Both of the sales people that I deal with Reuben and Alex were wonderful they were very nice and helpful and genuine I couldn't of asked for more pleasant sales experience. Antonio who helped us with our finance was also a wonderful person to deal with he also was helpful and explained everything and tried to give us the best deal possible I want to thank everyone at Bob Richards Nissan for being there for us thank you.

I cannot say enough good things about Rachel Long and Markese Sheely. I could not have had a more enjoyable experience! Rachel and Markese did everything within their power to make sure I drove off in the car I wanted. When I am in the market again for a new car they will be the first place I call. From the first call the the subsequent follow ups; I felt valued and taken care of. Bob Richard's has a customer for life!

The people are very nice and professional, and the waiting room and all is nice, but the service side takes so long to do anything. They don't have any sort of a priority system. I took my car to them to have them simply change the fuse for the AC charger, which took them all of about 5 minutes to do. Yet I sat there for an hour and a half waiting for them to do it. I think they need to revamp the priority handling. Let the quick jobs (fuel filter, fuses, oil change, air filter, spark plugs, etc) have a separate line from the other jobs that take 30+ minutes.

Morgan is the absolute best. Will never by from any other salesman or any other dealership. She got me an awesome price and is trustworthy. I also really liked Byron who is a finance manager now. Morgan sells at all of their stores so any car you're wanting, she will go above and beyond t find it
