Today, I had LaDonna do my color. She spent a lot of time trying to figure out what I was trying to tell her, and then she got right to work.
LaDonna is a funny and upbeat person and she executed what I couldn't manage to verbalize
My hair is a dirty blonde naturally, but now it's a stunning light blonde that looks natural and summery.
I commented on how my hair gets so fried and she applied a conditioning serum that smells like heaven. She then blew it out and I felt like Farrah freaking Fawcett walking thru the Kroger.

I came in with a picture of the color I wanted. It was a rose blonde. I called prior asking if they could do this and they said they could. However, my hair stylist said that she could not do the pink highlights so I settled with just the blonde color in the picture. There was clearly a miscommunication somewhere because three hours and $150 later my hair looks the same. I wanted a light blonde and my stylist only put in a handful of foils and my hair is streaky. Granted, the light blonde in the streaks is the color I wanted, she did not listen to what I asked. She knew I was unhappy and instead of offering to fix it, they told me it was not possible to get the color I wanted. If this was true, I would have liked to know that prior to wasting so much time and money. Every other salon I have been to, if they mess up, they offer to fix it no charge. No such luck at this place. They offered to give me a discount because they knew I was not happy, but after discovering it was my first visit and I would get a 20% offer anyway, they decided against it. It was my first and last time going there.
