Had an amazing suite here with a great swimming pool. Probably your best option for hotels in Marathon.

Just checked in and so far so good. We have a 1 bedroom villa which is very nice and spacious. Enjoying some cocktails at the tiki bar.

Nice quiet atmosphere w lots of outdoor activities but amentities inside leaves much to be desired. Beds are lumpy, old and squeaky. Rooms have small frig and irons that you should test b4 using it. Things go into quiet mode after 10pm so head to Key West after lights out!! If you like an upscale hotel bar setting with salon or spa then this is NOT where you ahould stay but Hilton property is next door.

We loved the resort in years past. This year there was none of the posted pool/spa rules followed because there was no staff to enforce them, and the bar (Barnacle Barney's) was under new management and less than stellar. Resort management tried to control the iguanas around the pool area using moth balls and the result was a nauseating odor throughout our stay. Linda at the front desk was our saving grace throughout our stay.

I love staying here. We have a 1 bedroom unit & it is very nice, clean & comfortable. The grounds are beautiful & the pool is nice. The resturant is good. The staff is wonderful. I have nothing bad to say.

this location is definitely not what Bluegreen sales on site at their presentation. This studio is no more than a cheap hotel room. Also, no chairs is the room to relax and watch TV at night. Just have 2 kitchen straight chairs. Also, telephone and lamp not working due to bad electrical outlets. If I wanted to stay in a cheap hotel room I would have saved the amount of $$$$$$ it cost to stay here. Would not recommend to anyone.

Beautiful place to kick back for a week. A trip to the Brass Monkey bar is a must for the party crowd. Ask for a shot of Dirk's juice.

As an owner, I have to say this company and the sales person tricked me. This company is not honest and upfront. They will say whatever it takes for you to make the purchase. Wanting to invest into my future, I wanted to purchase a timeshare and this is the worst experience!!!

I was shown how I could use my points and take vacations to exotic places such as Jamaica. Little did I know, I was unable to even book a weekend trip to Vegas and other places in the USA. There was a minimum 1 full week booking requirement, something the amount of points I purchased did not even come close to. Then I had my follow up visit, they advised me within 90 days. That's when I was explained this and they pressured me into purchasing more points and falling deeper into debt. No thanks, you already lied once and I lost my faith. I did not receive my all benefits that the sales person discussed with me and of course that was not included in the contract. I made a complaint with BBB and of course the company responded with this is the signed agreement. I should have read it rather than trusting these incompetent people.

Now I'm in debt and this timeshare is almost completely useless to me! Don't make the same mistake. STAY AWAY!!!

    Sincerely,

    Tanya Vlahovic

I stayed in a 5-6 bed room with a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms overlooking the water, pool, and the tiki bar Barnacle Barneys. The rooms were up to date, spacious, and clean. I loved staying here as it is right off the water with a great bar/restaurant between the pool and dock. Fun excursions are walking distance away with fishing trips for hire right off the dock and water sports for rent next door. You can even bring your catch from the day to Barnacle Barneys to be cooked for you. I highly recommend this place.
