We had a wonderful Christmas dinner here. Shannon, our server was attentive, friendly and helpful. The food was delicious! The service was fast. The atmosphere was perfect.
Excellent experience - delicious food and service was attentive but not overbearing. The dining room was a little loud. Perfect scallops.
Great cuisine! Beautiful ambience. Close to everything. Make reservations. Ask for Katie. She's a wonderful hostess
Blossom is excellent.
The food is wonderful, the atmosphere is lovely, and the service is excellent.
We sat in the separate dining room, on account of our service dog. We try to be courteous and tend not to put ourselves in scenarios within a restaurant environment where there may too much traffic or people. The hostess, manager, and servers were very accommodating - eager to let us in & be able to enjoy a lovely meal.
Blossom deserves your attention, all day!
I made reservations here for our anniversary. We had the most amazing time here Melissa Lockwood was the best waitress we have ever had at any restaurant. She was amazing. The food was as well. Thank you to Melissa Lockwood for making our night memorable!!!! If in Charleston you definitely need to put Blossom in your artinerary.
This place was amazing, the service was awesome! The bartender Dustin is funny and knowledgeable of the area. We had oysters, muscles, lump crab stuffed grouper, and the sea scallops. Absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was quaint and perfect for our date night.
Took my wife here four our wedding anniversary dinner last night. Service was impeccable. My catfish was the Brest catfish I have set eaten. My wife had the scallops and they too were wonderful. Or waiter was a phenomenal host, providing great recommendations. Will definitely return when I am in Charleston.
Terrible food, nice people. Had the calamari as an entree, tasteless fried to death food but at least tender. Had the blackened mud fish for main. This is supposedly one of their classic dishes. A mess of cheese, beans, potatoes and fish, truly awful. My partner had the fried chicken and mash with peas. Tasteless chicken with reasonable mash and terrible tasting "peas" (look like beans to me). I heard the guy at the next table saying how great his food was so I have no idea what is going on with this place. We're we just unlucky with three dishes? Not sure but something smells fishy to me.
The food was delicious and the portions were well sized. They have a parking area, but it's only open on weekends and after 5pm. No free lunch parkingboo.
Our entrees were delicious. The "sampler" style appetizer was good but small. Overall everything felt a touch expensive for what you get since entrees don't come with soup or salad. Bread was good too and the ambiance was nice.
Great place for 20+ years. We have been frequenting Blossom for lunch and brunch and the occasional dinner since it opened more than 20 years ago. We have never had a bad meal. The food is innovative without being over the top. Service is always great. Prices are reasonable for what you get. And the atmosphere is warm and comfortable. A Charleston landmark.
Excellent food! Great selection on the menu, too. Very nice decor inside. Judging off of just that, I would have expected to pay MUCH more than what I did. The prices were extremely reasonable for an upscale meal and setting. Definitely worth a try!!
Great date night spot. The lamb pizza was wonderful. The shrimp and grits is what good memories are made of. Husband's fish was not as flavorful as my food. Great atmosphere to put down your phones and pay attention to your party. Will definitely be back.
