They canceled on us as we were literally 2 minutes from our arrival. We were 15 minutes early as they requested. I would like to give zero stars if possible. A couple's massage was scheduled. They said one of the therapists had car trouble. That's understandable. What isn't is why they could not suggest pushing the appointment back a 1/2 hour, giving them 45 minutes to allow that employee or another time to get in.
We were only in the area for a couple of days, and were looking forward to this time.
They've shown they are unreliable, and for that they get this rating.

While visiting West Ashley section of Charleston this May, 2017, I was in need of a gel manicure. The salon I go to in NYC is an upscale natural nail salon with great emphasis on sanitation. I searched to find something similar and voila – I found Simply Your Spa. When you enter the spa the reception area will be directly in front of you. After you complete the basic form you are then ushered into a very soothing waiting area. The lighting is mellow and the atmosphere is light. I was asked if I wanted a neck rub- Yes, Please! This warm wrap was placed on my neck and shoulders and it was heavenly. I was also offered a beverage. Next stop the nail salon section. This section of the spa is off from the treatment rooms so as not to impact on the serenity most people look for when getting body work. The nail salon met my expectations. Great products and staff. The staff are very professional and on top of their craft. There is a collegiate atmosphere in the shop that was definitely appreciated by me. I will definitely come back and will recommend this Spa to my friends.

I had a great experience at the spa with my girlfriend for our anniversary. The staff was nice, everything with clean, and all of our massages/services were top notch. Highly recommended! Great prices too compared to other places (we looked).

Calm, clean and relaxing. The front desk was warm and welcoming and the massage therapist gave a thorough and excellent massage.
No pressure to join a package deal or to schedule the next appointment like other "Spas" do. I will definitely be coming back and will refer everyone I know!

Wanted to treat myself and my daughter while visiting Charleston. Scheduled massages with Hillary and Jessica. Had the best massage ever--seriously--with Hillary. We got there a little early to fill out forms, then waited a few minutes in the relaxation room, with a scented neck pillow to further enhance the calming experience. The massage was wonderful and the aromatherapy made it even better. Wish I lived locally so I could return regularly!
