This place Yea I have never had a good experience from this place at all. First I buy a car from them that I really got a bad deal on, then each of the two times I have taken it there for service they give me horrible customer service. They last Time I was there I just wanted a oil change and inspection. They told me they would call me when it was finished. They never called! I called and got a voice mail and the next day I had to wait till almost close to pick up my car. They never asked me if I wanted to leave my car over night! who does that Place is a joke.
Great place to purchase a Hyundai- this is my 2nd Tucson from Blaise & I will be back! Kevin Woods is a great salesman & goes above & beyond his job duties! He was my salesman for the 1st & called him to for my 2nd, told him what car we wanted & he took care of the rest, from start to finish! No pressure, just a lot of help from everyone I come in contact with at the dealership!
Service is not my favorite. Haven't had the appointment finished as promised. Scheduling can be a nightmare. Computer systems don't communicate with bluelink or website. They recommend you call after to verify. Salesmen always follow up day after offering you deals on a new car ( I find this to be annoying). Never received a call from service though asking about experience nor one that has told me my car is finished. Also never wash my car even though a complementary car wash is part of the contract. If i didn't have prepaid maintenance I wouldn't return. Labor rate is comparable to my Volvo. And they offer a much better customer experience.
I can't believe they have only 4.2 stars. It should be 5! The service here is AMAZING! Heather and Sami did their absolute best in getting us into a car! They didn't for a second slack off and worked there ABSOLUTE hardest! We got to walk away with a brand new 2018 Hyundai, something we never believed was possible! They cared about our family and not JUST money like most places do. This place is hands down the best! They do everything they can to meet your needs, literally EVERYTHING they can! Best customer service ever!
They service you quick and being willing to negotiate with the detail price. Management level valued their customer and reputation a lot.

Had my car serviced for airbag recall from 3 1/2 years ago when I set up the service appointment the wonderful lady on the telephone ask me if there's anything else they could do to my car while it was in I said no I don't believe so it's pretty great car solid and she said well what about an oil change I said now I do my own oil changes in and has about 300 miles on it since the last oil change I said I'll wait a minute how about Pennsylvania state inspection???? Oh she said that's free for getting a service done here I said then sign me up for state inspection! I got a call back the next evening at closing time that my car failed inspection I said okay why did it fail inspection is a great car solid your horn doesn't work I was informed??? I'm like you can't let me get an inspection and put a horn in it when I get home no the a****** said in the service department I said we'll how much would it cost for a horn he says let me look it up$38 he tells me I said okay how much to put it in and inspect the car he said let me do a total$422.75 with labor I said you're joking right? He said no really that's how much it would cost and we couldn't get it done for at least 5 more days I said oh no no no I'll put my own horn in I'll come and get my car this evening with my big 2500 hd Silverado and my car trailer he said well I got to let you know we have to charge you $120 for putting these airbags in and you know running it through inspection and found it icing to wait a minute Pa state inspection was free!! ? Again the a****** clerk at the service desk said no it's not free we have to charge you for it because you fail! Needless to say I used to work for Blaise Alexander 15 years ago and tried to contact the owner through an email! No reply from my old Boss!!!!!! I paid the stupid $122 and wanted it refunded back to my bosses credit card!! Nope !! Shysters!!!! Not too be trusted!! Then my transmission failed within a week of picking my car up I think that they sabotage my transmission!!!! Uhhhggg
The sales associates at Blaise were friendly and very easy to work with. It was a great buying experience, I would definitely recommend them! I'm LOVING my new Ioniq!

I used to love this place, however I just paid $97 for my break problem to become worse. I talked to one manager, Shawn/Sean who did not believe me that I paid for breaks and rotors to replaced 6 months ago through them and treated me like dirt and stated that had I gone through them, it would not be an issue. Funny how I went through them and was treated like scum.
I got a call back later stating that I was correct in stating I purchased parts and had them complete maintenance 6 months ago and they are not sure what is wrong with my car and neither do the mechanics. He used the words "gray area." If you don't know what is wrong with my car, I want my money back for a service that was not necessary. Spoke with a lovely rep who left a message for her manager to call me.
I am taking my business elsewhere. I refuse to be treated with such disrespect. Just because I am a woman does not mean I am an idiot.
They are very nice here. Free shuttle service in the area while your vehicle is being serviced, a great selection of complementary beverages, and a free car wash with service. Their prices are also reasonable.
I needed to get my car inspected, but I had a check engine light on that seemed to have something to do with the emissions system. Three garages (out of the area prior to moving to State College) couldn't seem to figure it out. I finally took my Hyundai to the dealership hoping I'd have better luck. Not only did they provide courteous, friendly service, they discovered the issue was under recall and everything was fixed and ready to go for only the cost of the inspection. This was after another garage telling me I needed to spend several hundred dollars on new shocks (I did not!). I can't say enough about how much I appreciate their honesty. Plus, their service including the complimentary shuttle was top notch. I certainly will not be taking my car anywhere else going forward!
