Our salesman was extremely polite and helpful! His name was Gabe and last name started with a C. He showed us around let us test out some cars and drive them and then he cooked us up a golden deal on a Cherokee Jeep! Great car! Great guy! Always look for him!

Not much to say, I ordered some cargo mats for my Explorer and I picked them up. Everyone was friendly and everything went smooth. I even asked the service manager if she could help me out with a problem on my vehicle and she was more than happy to. And that was even after I told her I bought my Explorer at a different dealership.

We had a great experience with Paul M. buying our new Escape. Definitely would recommend him to others! Even with some price mix ups we still got a great deal and their office worked hard to get us the best interest without taking a huge hit to our credit.

Scott Arrowsmith helped us purchase a hard to find vehicle. He made the purchase extremely easy because we completed the entire process from Texas without ever seeing the van in person. Scott had the van ready for us to drive 1,200 miles home! I highly recommend Scott Arrowsmith!

I have bought 2 used trucks from here and have had no issues. I have dealt with Scott Arrowsmith every time very honest and upfront salesman I hope to find another great deal so I can buy another car from him.
I have dealt with service a few times they are friendly and all but it is dealer service which is pricey, they do have a nice and easy oil change service which is priced competitively, it does take an hour but nice waiting room and they check brakes and fluids.

I was getting my car inspected at my original dealer and they said, "Take it to champion ford and have them look at the transmission shudder." So I did and I found out that the car needed a new clutch and seal assembly. It was all under warranty. Excellent care and speed of service. Repeat customer.

I lost a key and needed to get a replacement key cut and programmed. Champion - and every other ford dealer - wanted to charge ~ $200 for the key I needed. I bought the key (supposedly OEM - but who really knows) for

I love ChampionI come from NY to shop here. They have a really HUGE selection of used vehicles too and I like all the sales peoplethey are helpful and don't hound me after I leave. I have bought a vehicle from here and it's been perfectI wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Was lied to end of story. The sales manager is very unprofessional did absolutely nothing to fix the situation and spoke on behalf of his boss who wasn't even there. Go to Bob Ferrando they will beat any deal this place tries to throw at you.

Been coming here since we bought our 2009 Ford Escape (which we still love) and also coming here for all service. The service people are just excellent in answering all our questions and bend over backwards and upsidedown to please us, which is something you just don't see too often in these times. Thank you Champion for being MY Champion! (You know who you are, service people who I have dealt with..big pat on the back to you all!)
