Good service, I’ve been coming here for couple years now and we have always loved this place. Now every time we come we eat here multiple times! BBQ Chedder Burger, chicken strips and Hawaiian chicken is the best their by far! I highly recommend this place!

This place was just OK. Not too great but not too bad either. We went today, 23DEC for lunch and it was completely dead. Food came pretty fast and the server was nice, but the food lacked anything special. We both got the Mexico City Burger. Prices were decent and average for the Gatlinburg area. Probably will not return.

We went for lunch. They were busy, it was a Saturday, but we got seated quickly and our server was prompt. I had the Steakhouse Chili and a loaded baked potato, my husband had the grilled chicken sandwich and a side of onion rings. Everything was amazing! I brought half of my lunch home and hubby said "the chicken is so big that I can't eat the whole bun" Our server was attentive and friendly. We will be going back!

    We enjoyed the restaurant
It was much better than I/we expected! Prices were “normal” family of 3 are for under $50. They do have a full bar, but we didn’t do drinks. Servings were ample! Service was good.
Don’t let the entryway full you! The upstairs is fantastic.

I had the chicken parmesan. It was different from any other I've tried. It was really good though. They have a great atmosphere. Our waiter was helpful and very nice. He stayed on top of each of his tables. The view from th3 balcony was neat. This was a good place to sit down and have a nice meal.

If you are looking for great food and service you should go. We got a house salad to start and it was delicious. The entree was cube steak with broccoli, mashed potatoes and gravy. It was all good and can't wait to try something else next time.

As soon as I walked in I was quickly seated on the balcony as requested. My server seemed stressed a little thin, he was running back and forth and it didnt really seem to be that busy of a night. Had to ask for a drink menu. Had to ask for utensils. Had to ask for napkins. I ordered the huckleberry margarita which just tastes exactly like a regular margarita. Fried pickles were my appetizer which was extremely salty with pickle taste at all. Fried catfish was delicious! The tartar sauce tastes homemade and was also delicious. My second drink was a my LeConte sweet tea with was incredible. Didn’t HATE the place but I probably won’t be back.

I can't wax eloquently about Blaine's, but we had a good meal here during our stay in the Smoky Mountains. We decided we didn't want to walk all the way down the streets of Gatlinburg or wait for the trolley in order to eat at our first choice restaurant, so we gave Blaine's a chance.

The server was very nice and though the meal didn't come quickly, we weren't in any hurry. My Reuben was good - nothing remarkable, but tasty - and the homemade potato chips were also good. My wife loved her strawberry chicken salad, which also has raisins and cranberries and comes with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing that she asked for on the side, and which she also enjoyed. The ambiance seems to be roomy sports bar, but we were tucked off into a corner area which we liked.

We were there yesterday 8/6/17 Hostess downstairs was extremely rude. She gave me a nasty look the second we walked in! Our party of 6 was waiting to be seated, no one else was waiting with us. As we waited 17 other people came in & were seated immediately including a party of 7! We asked her how they were seated before us & she said we'd have to wait another 15-20 on top of the 10-15 we were already there for! We asked to speak with a mgr & she said we'd have to go find him! We did & all he said was he was sorry, didn't offer to try and do anything about it! As we were leaving we heard her being rude to another party that had just walked in! If you hate your job, quit!!!! We ate elsewhere & had a host, great meal, waitress & atmosphere!

Food was great, seated and was served quickly. The sampler appetizer is awesome. However service was lacking. Was checked on once after the food was brought and then nothing until the check was brought over. Had to ask for refill and box.

If I could give less than one star then I would. Manager is one of the least caring managers I have ever met. My meal came out burnt and they threw raw onions on the chopped steak to cover their mistake. Macoroni and cheese was just dry elbow noodles with grated cheese over it. He never offered to fix the mistake and didn't really care; just took the meal from the table and walked away. Would definitely give a second thought to eating here. Lack of attention to customers only made the experience that much worse.

Food wasn't worth the prices. Hamburgers were not good at all. However, great place to dance on weekends. The restaurant on weekends turns into a club, dancing, music,DJ and great bartenders. So up side is great dance place on weekends just don't eat the food during the week. Not so good.

Staff is excellent. Food equally good. It has about the same selection of food as a Fridays or Chili's would. More of a night club/bar set-up but lunch was good with a family friendly atmosphere. You have to go stairs to get to restaurant and back down to leave. Would go back.
