Technicians arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and they were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The American Standard unit I purchased had my house cool in no time. I could not have asked for better service.

I called them out for a quote this week to fix my heater, the guys that came out lied about all they had to do (because nobody else said anything about the extra so called stuff they had to do) and gave me a quote 3 times higher than 3 of the other companies I called out for a quote! $1600 for a blower is ridiculous, I will never call them again! Definitely not fair pricing!! Got it all fix by another company for $500!!

Blackwell Heating and Air Conditioning was the most professional and knowledgeable company we’ve worked with in Fayetteville. Their expertise and responsiveness were beyond our expectations. Our AC unit went out and they were able to install a new unit in a matter of days. Their technicians took care of numerous other issues to ensure the system was working properly. Very high quality organization. Exceptional quality installation and timeliness.
Blackwell replaced two complete HVAC systems in my home and maintains them twice a year. John runs a great business with well trained, knowledgeable technicians and his support staff is terrific.

The evening my AC went out I called a friend who highly recommended Blackwell’s Heating and Air . When I called, John the owner spoke to me and within 30min the serviceman and John, showed up to my door. They took their time to make sure I completely understand the total problems I’m facing and why all the patch work of the year didn’t hold. FYI, I have been repairing the Hvac and Furnace for about 20years. That month before my HVAC went out my electric bill was over $550. After I decided to replace it in which they gave me a ten year warranty. That next month I received my electric bill it DROPPED to $196 which I haven’t seen in over 10 years. Thank you!!
