I sent pictures of the work I needed done and they sent an estimate and we scheduled a time to work on it. Then they no showed. So I rescheduled for another day. Later, they then changed the time to later in the day. So I waited all day and still no one came. They didn’t even call or email to explain why no one came. So three times they were scheduled to come but didn’t. I’ll let you decide if you want to work with a company that treats you this way.

Big upcharge for “travel” even though we are local. Language barrier at times. Some reps did work w/o asking. Put tile too low behind stove where don’t even see it. Then had to order more tile.

Quoted one figure, then increased for same exact service with no real explanation.

We called them in to do some cosmetic fixes for a customer of mine. Miguel and his team did a good repair, when all was over. However, he forgot to come to the estimate visit until we called and was ultimately 6 hours late to that appointment. We agreed on a slight discount for that inconvenience. Then he completely missed the actual repair appointment the following week, and would not respond to phone calls. He ended up rescheduling for the next day, but not before the customer had waited around all day, frustrated and impatient. When asked for a further discount because of these latest inconveniences, Miguel refused.

Miguel's lack of professionalism and good communication unnecessarily angered my customer and reflected poorly on our company. We will not be contacting him again for service and we recommend that you find someone else as well.
