I had read some of the bad reviews of this place, but my experience was positive. There was no wait to check in, the manager was courteous and professional, and the room (though dated) was clean & fairly large. I would stay here again.

Not too dirty for a low-cost hotel. Staff is pretty nice and for the week you can rent it out for 300. I wouldn't consider this a "crack motel"

This motel not honor reservations! My son and I showed up with a confirmation booking number and email saying our room was booked. When we arrived the owner said the motel was booked and no rooms were available. This of course was after I spoke with the same (rude) man earlier in the day, when I called to tell them I was coming in after 10pm and to please make sure they held my room. The owner was so rude in fact he called the police! They came and said the same thing, why don't you have the room? he has a reservation. Anyway very rude man and I recommend trying the Rodeway Inn right next door, .

I'd give it no stars, but they don't allow 0 stars. Unfortunately, their is a HUGE language barrier. If you want to live in the U.S., then you need to speak the English language fluently. I have to flag down and find the maintenance ppl everyday just to get towels, or you will NOT get them. We've been here for a few weeks and NOT once have the sheets & comforter been changed or washed in the room that is paid for every week. The light in the bathroom blew & we keep being told either today or tomorrow. This has been since last week, still not fixed. It's dark in the bathroom. I got yelled at for suggesting another room. I was told there are no rooms available. The place is usually empty. I just walked away. The best thing about this place is the maintenance staff, even though there is a language barrier. I like them. They work & they always try and help me. Also, the convenience of this place is across the street from a wawa. Other than that, save your money & go somewhere else. Of yeah, and the plug for our microwave sparked & smoked the other day. I'm afraid our room might catch on fire soon. Stay at your own risk.!!

Terrible service. Front desk/manager couldn't even understand me. All the negative reviews are spot on. Will go across the street to Rodeway.

Had bad experience last year. Hair dryer had dried hair on it when they gave us another black smoke came out if it. Did not clean room one night we got at at 10:30 at night and they said we will clean it now. No way. Paid a lot to have dog in room. Dog did not eat so I put it in bag in trash and they said I had poop in room just nasty about the whole st

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL!!! I tried to post this review w/ 0 stars, but I cannot unless I give it a 1star rating.
A group of friends and I stayed at this motel for a dog training seminar. We all had dogs, which the website says the are pet friendly. They charged me $20/night for my 1 dog, another friend was charged $15/night (she has 3 dogs), another they charged $10/night and a fourth they didn't charge at all.
They go into your rooms during the day when you are not there (evidenced by them complaining to some of my friends of dog hair in the room), but don't do any type of house keeping. Instead of cleaning the rooms while you are out during the day, they wait until you arrive back at the motel to ask if you need anything. This includes towels. That's right, they don't even give you clean towels each day.
This motel and staff are in my opinion a border line scam, and definitely OVER the line in the CREEPY department.

This is actually a real review I have family in Buena that I come and see every year and stay a week. I have ALWAYS had a room here for the last 5 years and have NEVER had a problem. Quiet, clean, and staff is great. Price is AWESOME! Plan on going back in July!!! Thank you for the many years of great service!
