They were so easy to wok with and closing was very, very easy. They gave us a very fair price and made things so simple and painless.

The process was very scary but this company delivered exactly what we agreed upon. There were no surprises or last minute changes on their end and accommodated unforeseen circumstances on my end. I would definitely work with them again.

Brandon was very professional as well as being respectful, knowledgeable and compassionate to my needs. He answered all questions and never made you feel like you were being rushed or being a bother. Brandon worked for you to get you the best value possible and made the whole process as simple and quick as possible. The company that has Brandon is had hired a true asset to there company. I will definitely refer this company and Brandon to everyone I know. A huge THANK YOU to Brandon.

I have so much to thank and praise "Bird River Properties" for Danielle and Brandon were most pleasant to deal with. The service provided was excellent and "above and beyond" would be an understatement. They made all the difference in taking care of details, day-to-day administration, documents, closing, etc. I can't imagine selling without such guidance "Thank you" for ensuring a seamless closing! Highly Recommend!

Bird rivers properties what can I say they worked so hard to help us . From the beginning to the end process was super simple and everyone was great with helping us figure everything out. They were super helpful with letting us remove the rest our the belongings in the home .
